That is one thing that kept Silver here in my garage. The Warden wanted me to spend the bucks but giving it to someone I didn't know for major work??? The Hannigan shop closest to here has a site on line but couldn't get any info from them. I need to visit one of the Hannigan shops that could be trusted. But I think I'm just gonna.... I know this is taking forever but I just don't know. Meanwhile the bike is getting closer to being ready for the road and about a month to MD..... This has been one of the biggest decisions of my life and I seem to be getting nowhere on it. One day I'm just keeping on the next I'm....... Sorry.

I had a old Trumpet that I couldn't get them snug for some reason. Cain't remember why but for a while I would ride 10-20 miles stop adjust points. Ride again stop adjust points. Kept a file and extra set of points with me. You see if you work this right with that little cutie on the back those stops can be Interesting if you pull over and find a place to hide you and the scoot......:backinmyday:

All you have to do to clean connections to TCI is pull battery and box. Its right under battery box towards the front. If you are fair with tools the TCI can then be removed by going up from the sides (removing side covers) under it with flex shafts or joints. You will figure this part out as you look at it, but you can clean connections after removing battery box. If you have to go to next step you can remove TCI and open it to see if there is water in it or has been. I think there is a thread on opening the TCI and baking it in the oven. Not as scary as it sounds. I haven't had much luck with that but others have. Just go at it step by step and we will get it. Removing TCI now will let you move it out of the way of all the water that it gets where it is and its a lot easier to clean those connections with it out of there.

My computer is giving me fits now but I have a short video I would like to show you guys. Not bike related but I'm very proud of it. It was at my Grandsons 1st boxing match. He lost a very close split decision so its not about that. He really needs a coach!! How can I move that video from I-Pad to here?

All good advice. Go a step at a time. Clean connections. If that don't do it pull TCI and do the bake thing. If that don't work replace.
