I've been to a Blue Knight's funeral and they used this rig. It was pretty impressive.

We rode the Cherahola last July after we rose the Dragon, it was unbelieveble. Not sure whenwe'll be going back but it's definitely in the plans.

I plan on changing my Avons at 11 - 12000 miles no matter HOW good the tread looks. No reason to be looking for timres mid way through a long trip. Plus, it isn't worth the pain. That picture shows a plain failure to check your most vital safety equipment.

Mounted mine with no big problem, took my time and was careful with measurements. Not sure about the comments about brightness, I think mine is bright enough for the day time and very bright at night.

Long story about how I met her.....but it was truly the luckiest day of my life. The sun is definitely different down there.

while I was lounging in the Caribbean on our cruise. I actually was going to post on here during the cruise but the ship only had a satellite connection and we were unable to upload so I'll post it now...just to prove I was there (think I'm gloating??) :cool10:

I put the levelling links when I put on my Avons, went with the stock sized front tire and love the way it handles. I don't think the smaller front tire will improve it anymore if you use the links.

I wired my Sirius direct to the back of the radio, and while I had the fairing split, I mounted the antenna to the top of the radio with double faced tape. I also put a remote power outlet in there so that it doesn't tie up the power point in the fairing. Works great.

If the foam is starting to deteriorate, I would make a pretty good guess that the helmetis shot and you need to look for a new one. I kinda like to replace mine every 4-5 years.
