That's great. The Avion is a great little trailer. If yah seal the deal, want me to bring over my Gorilla bar and a BFH to help you work on it?
-
Hey DeagonRider... How come you're posting pics of a typical Minnesoda summer in this thread where folks are complaining about a little snow?

Annie, Must be getting older than I think I am. Did I ever give you the name of a few motels in the area for your trip up to the Pork in the Pines??? You asked, but for the life of me I can't remember if I responded. If not, my sincere apologies and I will send you the info immediately... Russell

As Croydon is a subburb of London, maybe one of our members from London could take a swing by the address to see what's there???

Do We Still Get A Discount On Ride-On Tire Sealant?
Black Owl replied to Obber's topic in Watering Hole
This is just my personal observations and experience. I have been running with Ride-On in my scoots and all my company and personal vehicles for well nie 10 years now and have never had any problems with the product. Also have never had any damage to the rims or problems with clean up when we replace tires. And yes Rocket, it even works great for the Trailer Queen -
Need to cover small dent in tank.
Black Owl replied to pcoffroad's topic in Royal Star Venture Tech Talk ('99 - '13)
From your desciption of the dents, and the location, you could try a heat gun and compressed air. Not sure where you are located, so don't know if you are done for the winter or still riding. But the first thing you need to do is drain the tank and give it time to vent the fumes. Then using a heat gun, warm the area of the dent. Be careful you don't get it hot enough to damage the paint. Then after it is warmed, take a can of compressed air and blow it onto the surface of the tank around the dent. This fill cause contraction which may pop the dent. Harbor Freight also sells a home dent remover tool which works very well on small dents. As for the cause.... If you are in Ak or LA, maybe some of those suicidal Red Wing Blackbirds decided to make their exit via your fuel tank... Good luck with the dent removal effort -
Tell Brad to knock that crap off. He's really making it tough on us guys that aren't trying....

Well, 2011 started out great this morning. I woke up.. Rolled over and put my feet on the floor. No organ music and no flowers. What more could one ask for? Happy New Year to one and all and I hope your new year kicked off the same.

So... you already met Bubber eh.

Happy birthday Paul. Looks like you are getting close to being as old as dirt. BTW: No need to worry about bringing your tools to Cody. Since you never left your's alone long enough for me to refurbish my tool bag , I was forced to break down an buy (damn I hate that word), a set of Quad gear box wrenches.

Thats about it... Oh, and offer free ice cream. You could also ask one of the moderators to send out a directed mass E-mail to the members in Illinois to make sure those who don't come on the site regularly are aware of it.

I was goin to extend an invitation to Donatalie to PM me with specific incidents where "Left leaning" posts were allowed to remain. But, since Freebird has already made the offer, I will not belabor the point.

What we have is one that apparently burned while parked in a garage. The examination of the unit is just starting and we are looking for any real time information on electrical issues which may have been a contributing facor. Once I know what the electrical engineer is looking at specifically, I will pose some additional questions. May also be asking for some photos of specific areas, such as battery compartment, wire routing etc.

Now that's funny....

Damn, my eye sight is really gettingt bad. When I first read this, I thought you had spelt it with a "t". But then, as they say, you usually see what you expext rather than what is actually written.... HEY, here is a thought. You could act as the official escort for Annie and Allan and show them the way from Texas to the Pork in the Pines.... (but only if you bring my special girl friend with you )
