Have you ever asked your wife that question ???? WHY ? Cb

Be careful when tightening the mount onto the handlebar. I broke mine this week and depending on where you find a replacement it will cost between $15-80 for a replacement bar mount. Cb

I have a 1,600 sq. ft workshop . I use 2 large constuction work lights. You can get them most anywhere. tripod base, 2 big lights on a pole. I have one extened all the way up and the other low to the ground. Now... this dos not heat the whole shop but it sure heats where I am working. After a while I usally have to turn them off because my work area is so hot. These lights help because you can point you heat where you are working..... no smell of fuel either. JUST DON't look in to the light............... Cb

Have I done something wrong or do I just tightened the upper fork bolts and not be able to put air the front shocks ? I have tried to read all the post about front lowering and have not seen this problem ...could someone please put a photo of the tree after it was lowered....thank you everybody. Cb

I am starting my projects today....lowering the rear, lowering the front, installing a HID Exnon headlight, removing the tape player for a storage box ( maybe the gauge set). raising the handlebars, having the seat reworked by Rick Bulter, installing a fake blinking alarm light when the bike is turned off, installing the front air shock 2 to 1 air value, filling tires with Ride-On......... Oil and tires are good.... is there something else I should do while on jacks. 2005, 8000miles . Already has passing light, XM radio, extra brake light, larger horns. Cb

I grew up in Maywood during the 50-60's . In the 70's had a 305 Honda Scrambler. I lived a house from the Eisenhower for about 18 years. I remember winter sleding down the express way before it opened and during bad storms when there was no traffic. I went back after 30 years but left quicjky because I forgot my gun..... because of the other drivers ! Cb

Windshield/Speakers Replacement

order the light bar extension bracket (25.00) and install now. It will allow you to split the fairing without removing the light bar the next time. Cb- 3 replies

ipod with gloves - touch vs nano or classic?
cb1313 replied to bamico's topic in GPS, Audio, Electronics
I have an older Airclick. I like the one pictured my Mbrood better. It has bigger remote bottons. I would check ebay for airclick. Note... older remotes do not work with newer Ipods models (Video models). Some fit at the top and newer Ipods at the bottom. Make sure which type you are looking for. I think most sites that carry any remotes will show you what remotes work for your model Ipod. Cb -
ipod with gloves - touch vs nano or classic?
cb1313 replied to bamico's topic in GPS, Audio, Electronics
I have 3000 songs and just leave it on shuffle. Wal Mart sells a Classic remote for 30 dollars in the Auto Accessior department. I valco the remote somewhere handy. Cb -
Put in some Sea foam. I just purchased 1/2 to winterize all my stuff....4 cars, 2 boats, 1 wave runner and my venture. I have changed ALL my yard stuff to electic... leaf blower, trimmer, edger, small chain saw. I would rather play with an extension cord than mix gas. Cb

I am 59 years young and got my first bike at 16 (1965 Honda 305 Scrambler). My parents where not happy but allowed me to have a bike. Many years and bikes later at age 50 I purchased a 2004 BMW RT1150 and my Dad says to a family member that I am to old for a motorcycle. Anyway... a he has passed away and so has my Mom. My Mom's sister tells me that my parents used to bike all over California where they met during the war. Did your Dad ever ride and failed to mention it ???? Cb

I have ridden the last 5 years mostly by myself. I am a 40-45 mph back road cruiser with my music on.... pretending I am on the back of a big flying dragon. No wife, no kids, older sisiter 500 miles away and my parents have both passed away. If ANYone starts to tell me what, with who or when..... that is the last they see of me !! Cb:Avatars_Gee_George:

I have a 1992 GMC Typhoon with 120,000 miles and have only used M/1. I have not had any engine work done ...ever. BUT my bike repair guy likes Lucas oil for bikes so that is what I use. M/1 is also in my Porsche Boxster "S" AND my John Deer riding mower. Cb
