I bought a J&M 2003B, cb-intercom, its on a 09 RSTD,cb is ok. I also instaled a Jensen JHD910 fm radio that is great except that if i run my J&M intercom volume high enough to talk, it makes a loud hissing-crackling noise, too loud to listen to radio. To use intercom , rider slaps me on helmet telling me to turn FM radio off & intercom on. Talking over the hissing is no prob but for nearly $1000 bucks, I feel that the intercom shouldnt hiss. The FM radio is clear. Anybody else have this prob? Thanks TC

does anybody make a helmet small enough to go in a rstd hard bag?

Any ideas how to remove a stripped Allen bolt?
tommycole replied to Color01's topic in Poor Man Tips and Fixes
As usual I'm too late but somebody might get help out of this. tig weld the hole of a flat washer to the bolt head then weld a nut to the bolt, I have even done this when a head is broken off of the bolt. The heating & cooling also loosens the bolt. TC:080402gudl_prv: I have done it with stick rod also -
After being fed balony from gerbings customer service, I bought another brand.

Thanks yall They are all interesting, will any of your pants go on-off over boots? We usually stop every hr or 2 and stay too long sometimes to leave everything on, espicially when we eat lunch. You can put the triumphs on over snow shoes but they arent gona last. Thanks TC:missingtooth:

Can anybody compare the aero stich over suit to the triumph, for wind & rain blocks? I have a triumph that does a great job on wind & rain but velcro is pulling loose in several places in less than a year. Thanks TC
