after all the smoke cleared the bottom line is i talked to avon and they had my dealer check the tread wear and date code [2605] and prorated the tire because i was over 50% wear and sold me a new tire for 79.00 and i pay for mount and balance. considering i believe i had over 8000 miles on the tire that was a fair deal:mo money:

i know i haven't seen any in a long time i have about a full box of 380 and thats it idon't want to shoot those if i can't get any more:confused:

i don't think they were out of balance but thats good info seeing the bike shop i got them from is closed maybe the new one will balance them better i do remember alot of weight added to one side when i first got them. i was trying to remember the shop it was on 7 mile east of middlebelt in livonia

wow i would bet you never ever had to ask a question about anything, so if i have a question about my bike i shouldn't ride until i become a mechanic

thought i checked my tires this year pretty good but the other day i just happened to glance at my rear (tire) and noticed a crack deep in the tread after removing the tire this eaving i noticed 3 cracks deep in the tread one of them about 3 inches long i believe its a delamination of the tire i had the dealer order a new one today and i'll bge taking this one in tomarrow and see if they can get me some kind of warranty.

you guys having any problems finding amo i now cary a taurus pt145 nice gun have found some but not much amo can't find any 380 at all and i would rather cary the 380 on the bike but i;m gatting used to the 45:big-grin-emoticon:

i never had that problem until i changed to xxxl clearview tinted shield i use a dew rag to cover the filler cap and chrome cover piece arround it.

i was thinking about it but there isn't anything that i need besides the ones i've been to is mostly h d stuff as we well know they allways need new parts but maybe. -
here is my take on the matter the kaw is a great looking bike and i'm sure it performs as designed kaw would not have invested in making it if it was going to be a p.o.s so i'm sure it will be great for some riders. my rsv is paid for and will take me any where i want to go in comfort and style. besides i never buy anything in first year production i'll let the kaw riders work out the bugs and we know there is going to be some. so a few years from now i'll worry about what i'll buy next just my two cents

every time i look at it things change temps are fine just get rid of the rain thats up to you joe do the no rain dance.
