TRhis afternoon I was honored to have Ed (Run-In-Bare) and Will (Joecanuck from Venturers) show up to pick up parts to fix Ed's scoot, and now Mother and Ohhh Sherry are on their way over! They are staying overnight in Springville and came for tomorrow's ride. We will also be joined by JGorom and company tomorrow. Wonder who else will pop in, Muffinman & Beer???

We are like one huge family, and when one of us hurts, we all hurt. I have never seen such a giving and caring website ever. Time after time there is someone helping out someone else. Glad to have you here as another member of the family!

Gary, Becky and I had the pleasure of meeting you and Leslie at Carls this spring. I am still just numb from the news and our prayers are with you and your family. Please have a speedy recovery and remember that time heals all wounds.

I went down big time thanks to two dogs. Had a brand spanking new tie on the front on a gravel road when one came out fom behind a hedge followed by it's buddy. I swerved to miss and the font tire, being new and still oily, kicked straight out and I went down breaking three ribs and injuring my rotator cuff. Took two months to heal. Next time I head straight for it and twist the throttle...

Uhhhh, thanks, Charlie... As I consume a lot less alcohol than I used to, I'm finally starting to break even on brain calls rather than having a deficit!

Scott, I have recently acquired a keylock sans key that you can have... -
Uhhhh, THAT is one mental image that is going to take a lot of therapy to overcome...

My thoughts as an Electronics Tech... Must be the compressor is radiating RF (radio frequency) energy around the same range as CB signals. What you need to do is make a faraday shield which is in essence a grounded metal box aound the compressor which blocks the Rf energy from reaching the antenna.

Ed, my prayers are for a complete and speedy recovery. I may be able to help you with the piece that the CB and class fits into. I will check this afternoon.

I have to agree that with more efficient speakers there is a definate need for better bass. Physics is physics and to get good bas you have to move a large volume of air, which ain't gonna happen with 4" speakers. The problem being with updated speakers you get enhanced highs but no bottom end to go with it. Yes, I have contemplated down firing a woofer or two inside the seat...

Of course MP3 players will eventually be obsolete as well as cell phones! Wait until the wireless implants hit the maket...

Awww, come on, itwas just the Bills!! Actually, I was impressed that the Bills were leading for as long as they did...

I bought an HP Casette adaptor at Big Lots for a buck and it works great!! Don't go the route of the FM transmitter as it does not work as well. The cassette adaptor is just as good as direct hookup. Just make sure you do not have the IPOD volume at max as it will distort...

That's a real common problem and they all seem to do that. My whole seat did that as well as the backrest. Good luck as I even tried gas and kerosene with little success. What finally helped was liquid shoe polish. Brought it back to presentable condition, followed by a couple of coats of neutral shoe wax, although I'm told that good old Johnson's paste wax works as well... BTW the seat is not leather but rather the hyde of the mighty Nauga beast!

Man, life keeps getting better and better for you every day, doesn't it Dan?!!?

Hmmmm, plastic and stainless steel nuts... This sort of sounds like a hip or knee replacement now!

Oh, No!!! This is getting way too common. My prayers are with him for a quick recovery. Praise God almighty that you heard from him and not "read about him" like in the obituarys...
