    I have been taking Hyperbaric therapy for the last 2 months for an ulcer on the bottom of my foot that I've had for over a year now, caused by stepping on a screw and not knowing it until I saw the screw in the bottom of my shoe. It is getting smaller finally but still has a ways to go. A few years before that, I stepped on a thumbtack in my bare feet and didn't know it until I saw it sticking in the bottom of my foot. Periferal Neuropathy, one of the effects of the disease, is nothing to take lightly. I now make it a point to inspect my feet daily and pay attention to any kind of sensation in my feet...

    I have a small plastic tool box that's crammed full with a socket and ratchet set, combination wrenches, allen wrenches, regular and phillips screwdriver, pliers and diagonal cutters.
