    I heard a rumor there will be a frozen daiquiri machine in one of the cabins. And the DQ is next door.

    He's SCR***D. I55 south of Sikeston is flooded. I55 North to St. Louis is flooded. According to MoDOT map at http://maps.modot.mo.gov/timi/ He needs to take US 60 west to Poplar Bluff, then US 67 S to Little Rock. Then he's on I40. It'll be a zoo with all the truckers trying to get around the flood too. I'll call him. Talked to Ray. Told him what the DOT maps are showing. he's going to call me again in the morning and I'll double check to see if anything has changed.

    Look for an article by V7Goose on how to drain the cooling system. I think its in the 2nd Gen Tech Library. Never had problems with the rear caliper cover, so I'm not sure may be the problem.

    yes another bad one. It looks like the current toll is 14 dead in Georgia I spent an hour last night down in the basement, but the worst of the storm went by just a few miles to the north. It looks like the entire SE coast is getting hammered right now, with VA Beach in its bullseye.

    Actually having a fired empty cartridge in your vehicle may result in problems with canadian customs.

    The Yamaha loose head bolt recall is not listed in this database for either 2007 or 2008. Since we know that there is a recall, it would appear Yamaha never reported it to the Gov't. Maybe only safety related recalls have to be reported.????

    While I haven't done this on one of my Yamahas, I did run a 650cc Triumph Trophy on a Suzuki coil when one of the Lucas coils went out on the road. It ran just fine for several years thereafter that way.

    sorry you're having these problems. The bikes are solid and dependable most of the time. you don't say which model and year of bike you've bought.

    Lewis, The problem with going to an orthopedist is what he knows is to cut flesh and bone. a prayer sent for a recovery. Let us know how this might affect Vogel and how we can help there?
