  1. Have fun everyone. Attending WNY Rally several years ago is one of the highlights of my adventures with VRiders. While I had explored eastern NY state previously, western and central NY state were relatively unknown, and yielded some beautiful scenery and friendly people.
  2. Lewis, That makes sense. There is an admission charge to use the park, and if we aren't having any events there, then checkin somewhere else is ok.
  3. there is an electrical problem. If switching to low beam from high beam 'causes' the problem then I would be looking at the wiring in the headlight and switch and in between. You also indicated gauges jump around while this is happening. That's electrical. There may be other issues, but the intermittent electrical is going to be there.. somewhere. I would look at the wiring diagram to see if switching high/low might go thru some other component? although just switching might cause a surge that tickles something that isn't working solidly.
  4. A prayer sent for Bob and family.
  5. Good luck with the new round of tests. Maybe the doctors can find a root cause and a solution for the dizziness.
  6. I notice that they recommend adding the Seafoam to the oil just slightly before changing the oil.
  7. And add to that the mining of lithium and asst heavy metals that go into battery manufacture. I predict that in 20 years battery disposal (pollution) will be in the top 10 environmental problems (if its not, already).

  9. I find it interesting that Indian survives and Victory dies, with Indian feeding off the tech developed for/by Victory.
  10. I expect most spammers are using BOTs to automate their attacks.

  12. Hey Condor! did you see this? look familiar?
  13. Puc, agreed. Blueberries are great with oatmeal! I will freeze up a 1/2 gallon or so in small baggies. When I was kid in Grayling, MI, used to go with friends to a swamp area near town and pick them for fresh pie or muffins made by Mom. Here in Georgia, have a friend who has a small orchard including several rows of nicely maintained bushes that become loaded with berries and make picking very easy.
  14. Another prayer sent out for Bob.
  15. 99's and 2000's have had problems with the trunk mounting brackets cracking the trunk plastic. There is an eco kit that provides some reinforcing pieces that can be installed on the early gen2 trunks. I think there was also an issue with the early antenna's. I expect Don may recall exactly.
  16. a prayer sent out for Bob. Be well.
  17. WOW's business model has been to buy large lots of used bikes and NOS from other dealers' inventories and then flip the bikes. They have also become a dealer for new/off-brand bikes. And they did it in a big way. The odds are that WOW has any bike of any year and model you want going back at least 20 years or more. And, the prices there have generally been competitive. I haven't bought a bike there, but have looked at the inventory several times, as they are only an hour away from me.
  18. Looks like this rider ran a red light and got lucky. Or maybe he's a gymnast.
