I've been on Windows 8 with a new desktop since early December. Its taken about 2 months to get used to it, but now I'm ok with it. However, I decided to leave my netbook at Win 7.
I don't think there is much in Windows that I would classify as intuitive or user friendly though. And certainly not logical.
You'll notice everyone said the word -crowds- .
In fact, the crowds start 50-100 miles away.
Might as well go to Cedar Point, less people, and better behaved.
This thread got me looking for bulk 9mm bullets for reloading. I looked at Midway, which is one of the largest reloader supply stores, and they are out of 95% of all bullets, not just 9mm.
Webbikeworld which always has a link on our site has overall sales statistics for the different classes of bikes and manufacturers. http://www.webbikeworld.com/

Too bad the museum is closing. That was a fun day trip for those of us in georgia.
I looked at the sale brochure, and sure enough the prices were a bit steep, and even registering to bid is expensive enough to keep the curious like myself at a distance.
I would like that Hires Rootbeer vending machine though.....
I've posted a calendar event for the March on Rome on the 16th. Please RSVP if your're thinking about attending.

Trish, I hope your & Mike's move goes well. Wish I was a little closer to W-R.
How's Saturday, 16 March sound? Noon, Eastern Standard time at the same place, the Fudruckers on the north side of Rome, GA.
If we get some interest, I'll call the manager and make a reservation. I think we had over 20 people last year.
I've got a Dillon 650 progressive press for handgun loads and small/medium sized rifle calibers. And a RCBS single stage for the larger rifle calibers or small lots of anything I don't want to setup on the Dillon. Also have a Lee hand press that takes standard dies and several of the old Lee-Loaders for fooling with. Probably 20 calibers. I stocked up on primers and powder 2 years ago as well as some .38 and .45 cast bullets. I meant to buy a supply of 9mm jacketed bullets for reloading, sounds like I waited too long?
These valves get tighter over time (in general), so I'd say that dealer was smoking something. That they get tighter took some time to sink in for me. The valves seat deeper into the heads over time. Shims don't loosen up. = tighter. Not as easy to adjust as nut tightened tappets, but they don't need adjusting as often, and they don't come loose by mistake like tappets can do.
The early Royal Stars have less hp than the RSV or later RSTD (2005-2009).
The later used RSTD's aren't much more expensive than the early ones, although look slightly different. Most parts on the later RSTD's are interchangeable with the RSV.
unless there's something special planned at MD this year, valves are not something that's normally done there. Its pushing the time-to-complete clock. And taking a chance you might need a shim that isn't in the available kit.
I assume you'r talking 2nd gen?
I have a 130 front on my RSTD and like it. Its easier to manuever, and I rode to Ohio last summer on the highway, and had no issues.
