  1. Some of the 1st gen riders are using a 3rd party programable ignition module from a company called ignitech. You might want to read the 2 or 3 lengthy threads about what they have done. Ignitech may be able to put a kit together for the 2nd gen machines, but I am not aware of anyone having one at this time. Be bold and ride the cutting edge.

    New Years

This reminds me that I've been wanting to take my AMT Hardballer .45 to the range. Time to put the first rounds of the new year down range.
  3. Good idea. I bought a red one and a white one. $6 each. One for each dog. clips right on the collar. Can either have steady light or blinking light. About the size of a pingpong ball. Filly the puppy is now 8 months old and weighs 61 pounds, and has a mouth full of shiny white teeth. All things considered, she's not been too much trouble. Had a few things chewed, but nothing too expensive, finally housebroken, but it took a while. Here she is today with her mentor my 7 year old Strength. http://randyrick.us/dogs/Buddies2.JPG

  6. Thank you Terry. Good luck with your business. We'll try to keep the ball rolling.
  7. I'd file a complaint with the state medical examiner's office and AMA (Amer medical Assoc). Thats the only way you'll get medical care like that turned the right way.
  8. Scots are used to the cold. The wife probably wants him to come out and help with the sheep.

  11. drinking hot chocolate and eating donuts. Looks like its going to rain all day today. Luckily I got a good ride in yesterday. But the weather is supposed to be mild next week and I'll get in some riding, I expect. Got a list of projects for the bikes but need to get my carport cleaned off first so I have room to work.
  12. Happy New year to you.
  13. what kind of mileage do you have on the engine?

  16. mines 8months old now, and she's trying to catch up....
  17. I took a couple vacations on S. padre back in the early 70's. We'd drive north between the dry sand and the water on the wet beach, find a vacant spot, and pitch a tent. Its a great place to celebrate New Years
  18. Lewis. happy new year to you and Charlene. You missed a fine day for riding here in Georgia. Its 59 degrees here at 4:30pm. I took both the RSTD and Millenium out for 60 mile runs this afternoon. Nice way to end the year. There were a few patches of snow on the hillsides, but the roads were fine. I'll probably take the dogs for a walk up to the town square here at midnight and see if there's anything going on. Then again, I may sleep thru it....
  19. I think of them as being more of a super scooter than a wierd motorcycle.
  20. Have a good visit Spear.
  21. Thanks. I just bought one. Wow, it looks just like the Harley air pump...
  22. 7.5mm about the size of an aspirin tablet http://www.sudco.com/75valveshims.html

  24. It sounded like Grandma's Hoover vacuum cleaner... I'm not real happy with my prior BMW experience, but I do like what I think I see in this machine. I'd give it a 1 in 10 chance I might own one some day.
  25. Monty, I think your engine needs new pistons in it. Better get to it.
