    Charlie, I feel your pain as I had problems with my 1st gens and that Class system. I know that many have said to resolder the joints, but sometimes thats a crap shoot. What I have found is if you open the flip door up and push the plug into the back of the controller it sometimes works. Many will tell you to keep trying to fix it, I'll tell you to bypass it and go with manual scrader valves and be done with it. Also too if you swap out to progressive springs front and rear, you wont have to worry about airing them ever again.

    I have had them on my last 2 RSV's and just bought a set off bay and will be putting them on my '08. Wait to drill them until you have them on and have listened 1st. want louder drill the rear baffle plates, still louder then the front baffle plates. Even with both the baffle plates out it is not obnoxious, I have the mounting brackets on sale right now if you decide to go that route.

    Keitho, Not that I'm an expert at anything, but I have never heard of any problems with Avons. I talk with lots of bikers and I have heard more problems with the 880's for bikers I dont even know at some local haunts. I talked with a guy that rides a Harley and went through 2 880's on his H/D. I just think that we should all just send an email to Metzler and let them know that we aren't going to support their product as long as this keeps happening. We all aren't to blame like they say for under/Over inflation for a problem on their crappy tire

    This may be a dumb question on my part, but the Ventures have them on the right side bar cluster by the starter switch. Do the RSTD's have them there, and it might have been overlooked
