Tired of the snow....you bet I am

Were still getting hammered here too Tom. Wind blowing at about 35mph and the driveway now had drifts in it again. I'm done shoveling, I'll hire a guy with a tractor to move the snow in the middle of the yard. Just went out and bought 5 60# bags of concrete to put in the back of the wagon for weight.....I will find a job down south in '09, the north can keep this crap!

Interesting concept, would probably be fun to ride, but I can't see how maintaining the thing would be any fun

Cindy, After all that you have said I would 1st check the fuel, it does sound like the symptoms of bad gas. Have Dale replace the fuel filter and put some dry gas into the tank (2 or 3 bottles atleast) I would also have him save some some of the gas from the tank to see if in fact there is water in it. If so I would go right to where I bought the gas and show them what they sold. Talking with the man right now to see that you folks get to Ohio. -
For one of the very few times in my life....I am speechless. Thank You to all of you, if you could only see the tears that streak our faces, that would say it all. God Bless you folks from the bottom of Lonna's and my heart.

Ron, Thank you for taking the time and letting us "Know you" a little bit. Many vets here and a few of us that played in the sandbox or off that coast as well. I'm glad that you came back and appreciate all that we have here in this country. There are many good folks here, I have dear friendships at this place that distance doesn't take away from. I'll speak personally and say thank you for all your service, and for being an intergral part of this site. Your postings help bring you in further and once you make a M&E or a rally....you will be addicted! I know it's a haul, but I am hosting our annual yearend M&E up here in Michigan on January 10th http://www.venturerider.org/forum/showthread.php?t=30266 It would be great if you could make it up here as you will meet many of the "nuts" that comprise this place. As always if you have questions of problems we are here, thank you for your input on our site and I look forward to meeting you

Send them a link to this conversation and tell them that there are 6000 members here and many of us belong to the AMA, the MTA and other various riding clubs. Perhaps they might change their tune, but I wouldn't hold my breath on it, customer service is a dinosaur pretty much where ever you go

Lonna and I dont buy for eachother, so I haven't got her a thing

....Your bike is UGLY!!!

I agree with both these gents, I have said it many times and will again here. The load rating on ANY tire is dependent upon tire pressure. If you underinflate a tire, you exponentially reduce the load rating of it. I do lots of 2 up and heavy hauling on my RSV and keep the tires maxed inflated. I adjust the suspension for ride, not the tire.....0.98 less than a buck

Froggie....I'm proud of you buddy, if I can't ge there to bust Mo's chops, it's good to know that you'll pick up my slack

Cindy, I have said it before, and will say it again....we are here for you folks and whatever you need just say it. Give our girl a hug and let her know that we are proud of her....were proud of you and Dale too

Rhonda.... Now do you expect us to believe that one, you yourself are the self proclaimed speeder of the family. I can remember words coming out of your mouth of him being a slow poke and that when you drive the car home from work, you get home sooner
