  1. Angel, If you have a place that you are moving into down in Florida when you arrive, I would suggest PODS. We used it to move our entire house from Michigan to Houston. Lonna towed a 6x12 enclosed trailer behind her SUV with basically all my garage in it. I had a Caprice station wagon that was loaded with odds and ends and I towed the trailer with my bike at the time on it. It's not super cheap, but it was cheaper that renting a uhaul truck, getting a 3rd person to drive it and then fly them back to Michigan, and the fuel to get it here. The only other option is rent the truck put the trailer and bike on the back of your van. Wish I had some better advise, but there is not real cheap way out of it unfortunately :-/
  2. Not on your life!!! :rasberry:
  3. They will be in our thoughts, great folks the both of them.
  4. That would mean you would have to carry your frozen butts down South. Once you do that you'll see sunshine, no snow and motorcycles. You may go rent a bike and go for a ride. You'll be in such euphoria that you'll forget all about Killing the DragonSlayer. Just remember this, folks dont retire and move NORTH.....just sayin
  5. Bring your goofy arse down here, Mr. Master Electrician! and the ice storms last a day, not 4 month like a certain northern area of the country
  6. Randy, I wish you all the best with your mother. I wish I could say that things will get better, but Hospice is the last portion of it. I went through it with my Grandparents and all I can say is if she can still communicate with you, ask her all the questions that you need answered. You folks will be in our thoughts.
  7. Also remember that the short ends of the hoses that have the restrictor tubes in the go closest to the carbs.....
  8. Happy Birthday Tom!!!
  9. I was able to take 2 ladies, one of them my Dads sister (72 at the time) and his Mother In Law (80 at the time) on their 1st rides ever. It was a day I will never forget as we were at his annual family reunion/BBQ in '08. I took them both on about a 45 minute ride along Jefferson in St. Clair Shores (SE Michigan folks will know this area) It was fantastic for me to be able to take them on their 1st rides, I was as proud as a peacock Here is a pic of Dads MIL on her 2nd ride with me at a BBQ at our place in Michigan.
