  1. Sherry (OMG on the site here) out of Toronto carried her Teacup Chihuahua in her jacket with her.
  2. BRING IT!!!!!
  3. I know about flat rear tires, glad you got it handled without a trip to the hospital, we weren't that luck
  4. Yep! Best listen to him Sucah!
  5. Alex, Just call PCW and talk with John Gayne and let him know that you wnat to purchase the upgrade clutch kit for your Venture, he'll send you everything you need.
  6. Good news, now 1 step closer to moving your life in a better direction
  7. Your company is the looser, not you. I just went through the same thing when Detroit Edison let me and 20 others go. I wont be working for them again, and will take my skills elsewhere...to the competition. One door closes and another opens, we just need to be mindful to look for opportunities wherever they come up. I can totally relate to what happened to you.
  8. Now that would be sweet! We have had Maddog here from down under, Freebird was the only one that got to meet him though
  9. If I'm not mistaken I know that HalRSV99 has over 100000 miles on his '99, so better than 160K He's in Ontario outside of Kitchener. I know that Swifty has about the same or better on his '86 and he's in Kitchener.
  10. Absolutely!
  11. Good on Ya Curtis, and yes we need to see some pics
  12. They made a gold one in '84
  13. Glad to hear you got it done TJ, now you'll be able to them in no time flat
  14. I had a set on my '99 and loved them, I know Freebird has run them also and was very pleased with them. They are only 2nd to Avon Venoms in my opinion. I got about 13K out of the tires before a spike took the rear tire out and totalled the bike. I'd buy another set in a second and not think twice about it
  15. Send him over to Rick Butler here on the site and have Rick do his mod to the seat. I know there are quite a few here that have had Rick redo their seats and love it
  16. Thats what I do with everyone I do, 400 grit wet sand and just enough pressure to take the glaze off. I install the original disc's back in and remove the half disc in the back and replace it with a full one that the kit includes.
  17. I knew I could get a rise out of someone
  18. I'm not sure yet Tom, we'll get down there 1st and see how it all plays out. BTW, I dont spoon so you'll be safe....really!
  19. He's in a long list of company, they dont last long and can be hard to find and expensive. Has he looked into the option of a Russell Daylong or other mfgrs?
  20. My buddy and I were always at the kitchen table cleaning the pistols when one showed up. My friend would talk with him and how much he liked shooting, show him range targets with the centers gone. His next responce would be when are you having my daughter home?
  21. Now I'm not positive as far as the compatability of the 1st gen caps to the 2nd gen, but I would hazard a calculated guess that the caps would be the same. The only issues I see would be the wire size (which is 7mm on the 1st gens) and the resistor inside the caps being the same. Perhaps Goose has some insight on this.
  22. I too look forward to our eventual meeting, ah yes that 4 letter word that I wont have to live
  23. Scott, The wires are actually molded into the coil, you can't replace just the wires from the coil as is the case on the 1st gen. Like Goose has mentioned the cap can be replaced from the wire. Gibvel's idea for heat shrinking the wires would probably be your best bet.
  24. Thanks TJ, I really appreciate the offer my friend. If you dont get to the clutch today let me know and you could ride the bike over and I could help you.
