Glad to hear she's doing ok.

What I'm saying is, my reasons don't have to be legit for you. I feel safer using one, as I have had it save my butt several times. I just choose to run one, and it IS my choice, as it is legal for me to do so.

Then yours is wired up wrong...and illegal. The law clearly states that it must be wired ONLY to the high beam.

I haven't noticed any problems out of the 2 sets I've had so far. You might try breaking it down, and spinning the tire 180 degrees on the rim, then rebalancing it. A lot of times, that takes care of the problem.

Well, that stinks. I wonder what happened? The line must've gotten damaged while working on or washing the bike. Yours is the only one I've heard of having a problem with the line. I'll look at it when you get back home, and we'll get it squared away. Enjoy your trip! Wish we were there!.

I am in need of a rear master cylinder reservoir for 1983 Venture. My brother just bought my old '83, and while working on the brakes for him, I was trying to loosen the bolt on the rear master, and I broke the housing. So....I need a rear master cylinder reservoir. Let me know what you got, and how much.

Ted, I hate to hear this. If you're going back to work soon, and might be able to recover, then I'd be willing to help you keep your bike. I can't do it alone, but I can sure afford to help. I consider you my friend, and I hate to see you lose your bike. I'll do whatever I can afford to help you be able to keep it. We have to take care of each other, brother. If you decide to try to keep it, let me know, and I'll see what I can swing. Don't be too proud to accept help. I have been there, believe me. Life has been good to me for the last year or so, and I'm not above helping a friend get out of the rut that I was in not too long ago. If this is an option, let me know, and I'll see how much I can swing. It won't be alot, but it can help. Don't give up yet.

I would also like to recommend another way to help. What I do, is I have an automatic payroll deduction that sends money to St. Jude every payday. Hey, if I never see the money, then how can I miss it? Not trying to take away from the donations here, Lewis. Just making a suggestion.

Larry, my bike sounds excellent with the Road King pipes, and Squidley drilled them out. You've heard them. They are awesome!

Maybe "Old Buckshot".

yeah, you're too sober. Walk away from it, cool off and drink a few beers. When you come back, it should slide right in.

Yes. Pitbull has several sets of Road Kings. 1-888-299-9325. Ask for Tony. Tell him Patrick sent ya. He may be sleeping right now, as they just pulled in from Sturgis this morning. He's the owner, and you want to deal with him, if possible.

I guess you COULD rig up a GM alternator to run off the back wheel. Someone will be along to help you shortly.
