    You could just buy an inverter at any auto parts store, or Radio Shack. That way, you could take along whatever printer you wanted.

    Talk to the local D.A.V. They provide lots of help when dealing with the VA. They can usually get quite a bit done for you.

    I have had as much as 75 lbs of tongue weight, with no problems whatsoever. The most I have pulled behind the bike is about 400lbs. I would also suggest trailer brakes, if you're going to try pulling that much weight up there in the mountains. Good luck.

    Congrats Rick! Having been in that line of work, I KNOW you are glad to be out of it, and not have to deal with all those knuckleheads anymore. You just have younger knuckleheads to deal with now...lol. Looking forward to seeing you, Marilyn and the kids this summer. Enjoy your partial retirement!

    Don, we'll be thinking of you here. Medicine has advanced quite a bit, and as you can see from the stories here, everything should be fine, and all of this will just be a memory soon.     I just use Rotella Dino 15w40, and mine shifts as smooth as butter. Near the time for oil change, you can tell the shifting starts to get a little harder, but that's with most oils. I keep fresh "clutch fluid" in it too.

    My '83 didn't have a light bar, but it did have an LED license frame that was pretty bright.

    I had considered that, and am planning on checking into it on Monday, when I go back to work. I had read somewhere that they may even buy your house from you, and resell it. Thanks.

    www.tva.gov We are getting excited about moving. Have to do something with our house first. My Son is talking about maybe buying it. I don't want to own two houses, so once it's gone, we can make the move. We've been looking at houses in that area, to get an idea of what they're going for.

    My son just bought us a GoPro Hero HD cam for our anniversary. It's supposed to be one of the best, but I haven't gotten to try it out yet. Just unwrapped it today. www.gopro.com

    We drove Route 66 today, north of Rogersville, and I counted 45 curves in 2 miles. It was just like being on the dragon, only shorter, and it had houses along it. It had several TOUGH switchbacks. We went to look at a house up there, but I definitely don't wanna live on that road. It'd be a nightmare when there's ice and snow. We drove alot of nice bike riding roads. They're all over the place. Back home now...for now.

    We've been out in East Tennessee for a week. We went to Gatlinburg for our 25th anniversary, and have toured the area quite a bit. We even got to ride the Dragon...in the truck...lol. We came up to Rogersville, where I toured the local TVA plant, as I've been thinking about relocating, and transferring to this plant. Well, it turns out they are short handed, and want me to come NOW...lol. We are still thinking it over, and need to sell our house first, if we do. If we move, I know we will miss our VR friends from around home, but I see there are quite a few here in Kingsport, Johnson City and Morristown. I would have liked to have time to meet up with everyone while we are here, but there's just not enough hours in the day. Not decided yet, but we are leaning toward relocating out here. Heading back home in a few hours.

    I am going to the local Outlaws clubhouse tomorrow night, for dinner and fellowship. I know the local chapter president personally, and he's a good guy. The Outlaws do a lot of good things around here. I know they do things that aren't exactly legal, but they also do alot of good. They do things like block traffic for funerals, and help raise money for charities such as toys for tots. They aren't all as bad as they seem. I respect them for the good things they do, and they respect me also.

    I hope you put some anti-seize on those plug threads. Give it a good sea-foam treatment, and see if that helps clear the carbs up.

    You can use RainX on either the F4, or the Clearview. Says so right on the Clearview webpage.

    The F4 and Clearview windshields have coatings that are designed to be able to use RainX on them.
