    OOPS!

Hope everything comes out alright. Here's to a speedy recovery.
  2. Yup. I just bought the Magnapower/Deka from Advance about a month ago. I didn't have a coupon code, so it was around $90.

  5. Best place ever!! www.newegg.com I build my own gaming machines, and I buy everything from them. Stay away from the prebuilt systems like CyperPowerPC, IBuyPower, and such. They are mostly overpriced junk. When you build a gamer, if you want speed to run the latest games, stick with the newer Intel processors, and Nvidia video cards. I have always been an AMD processor person, but they just can't hang with Intel right now, so I built my first Intel machine. Glad I did. Mine will play anything I throw at it, and I built it all for about $1200. Already had a monitor, though.
  6. Well, mine had instructions. It said to use those if you were mounting them as side post. "The spacers are required for side mount cable installation only! The top mount terminal position does not require the round spacers, use supplied bolts only."
  7. Just sharing the info. Do with it what you wish. http://pastebin.com/NYNQXtps Don't worry, the link is safe.

Well, I finally maidened my Wing Tiger today. It's my first time flying an RC plane, ever. I took off, flew it around for about 5 minutes, then successfully landed it. Then, I flew it some more. I'm hooked. This Wing Tiger is a perfect trainer. Very forgivable, and lots of power. I even did some vertical loops and rolls. They do put junk ESCs in them though. Mine burned a hole in a transistor after the first flight. Luckily, I had a spare ESC, so I replaced it, and was airborne again.
  12. No, I said a 'Cuda. That's a Barracuda. 70-74 for me. I have had several, but I did have a '70 Barracuda Gran Coupe, which is still an "E" body. Here is a pic... http://i74.photobucket.com/albums/i274/13thAFMonterey/Cars/Cuda.jpg
  13. I'd dump both of them, and get me a 'Cuda....a REAL car!

  15. Ok Tom, I guess I'll share it with you... Cooking Cabbage Pigs in a Blanket Using the Crock Pot Cabbage Rolls, also known as Pigs in a Blanket, is a perfect dish all year round. If you have the time and patience to use the crock pot cooker or slow cooker, then you should give this amazing dish a try. To prepare the cabbage, fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Core the cabbage and place it in the boiling water. Leave the pot covered and remove the cabbage head after 5 minutes. Take the leaves off each cabbage head making sure that the leaves are pliable but be careful not to tear them. If the leaves are still quite stiff, put it back in the pot for a minute or two. Ingredients: • 1 large cabbage heads • 1-2 lbs lean ground beef • 2 cups rice, cooked(I use spanish rice) • 1 onion, large and chopped • 1 hot pepper, diced finely • 1 can tomato soup • ½ can water (warm) • 1 tsp. paprika • 1 tsp. salt Directions for cooking: • On a large skillet, fry the ground beef and the chopped onion until it turns light brown and drain the excess grease. • Mix the ground beef and onion together with the cooked rice, paprika, hot pepper and salt. • Place the cabbage leaves on a neat surface and spread over the meat mixture on the center of each leaf. • Wrap the meat mixture around the cabbage leaf by rolling it. The sides of the leaf must overlap. • Place the cabbage rolls into the crock pot or slow cooker. Mix the can of tomato soup with ½ can of water and pour onto the crock pot as well. • Turn the temperature to high heat and cover the rolls for at least 4 hours. Enjoy!
  16. Hope you find it soon. I have my hitch locked, and I have a cable routed thru the frame, and then locked to a good solid structure.

  22. Don't worry about it. I have found that, with this group, I could say the sky is blue, and someone would argue with me, or get pissed off about it. Takes all kinds, I guess.
  23. Buddy, that's what I did in the Navy. I was a Tomahawk and Harpoon tech. I didn't know T.I. had anything to do with it. I know G.E., Rolm, Raytheon, McDonnell Douglas, and General Dynamics had a hand in it. I guess everyobody had a piece of that pie.
  24. My old ship, the USS Monterey, is the only ship in the world so far, with this technology. Some of my old Shipmates, who are now civilian contractors, are developers and installers for this system. http://redux.com/stream/item/2179206/Air-and-Missile-Defense-Radar Enjoy! Iran doesn't want any of this!!

Well, electric is definitely for me. I finally got to try out my new truggy today. Nitro is a pain to get adjusted right, and I have blisters on my hands from pull starting. When it runs good, it's stupid fast...lol. We have a neighbor that likes to chase our vehicles, and thinks he's a bada$$. Well, he thought he was gonna be tough and scare my little RC car....wrong! I chased his but all over the place. He's not as fast as he thought...lol. This car is supposed to do 65mph, and I believe every bit of it...lol. Still got some tuning to do on it, but overall, it was fun.
