  1. So, are they not coming by here then?
  2. Like this...
  3. It's a possibility that I can get 50 for $2.31 each, or 100 for $1.44 each. Depends on how many we can get to request them. This is mail order & would take 14 days. Still plenty of time for International.
  4. As of now, the patches will be $5 if I bring them to the International with me. If I mail them to you, they will be $6. I've never sent mail to Canada before, so I'll have to check on that. Trying to get an even better price today.
  5. I am getting some patches made. They will be standard vest patches that say "in memory of", and I am doing one for Gunboat. I already have a price from the vendor, but I am trying to get an idea of how many, so maybe I can get them priced better. I can have them within a week of me ordering them. Please post here if you would like a patch/patches. I need to get a count.
  6. The lights may not be there when she wakes up in the morning. She'll never know. I am quite stealthy.
  7. Check the visor on your helmet. Don't ask me how I know. Rattle drove me nuts, til I figured it out.
  8. She is gonna love it. Glad it has a backrest, since Courtney is coming with her. I have offered to let them stay with us on Tuesday night.
  9. I am working on possible memorial patches right now. Already have prices & everything. Stay tuned...
  10. I saw a scary critter in that 3rd pic. I hope they call Orkin to spray before we get there.
  11. Man, I really hate to hear this. Only met him once, but have conversed with him several times. You will be sorely missed. Fair winds & following seas, Shipmate. Salute!
  12. Paypal sent. Thanks Don.
  13. 1 for me. I just gave one away. Need to replace it.
  14. :rotfl:
  15. We have had 36.16 inches so far this year. We got 8.5 inches in one day, in just a few hours. Sunny & 83 here today. Got my lawn mowed yesterday, and this morning I finally got to go over the bike really well, to remove all the grime from our MD trip, which was mostly in the rain.
  16. Steve, I really hate to hear you are going through this. Sadly, the big C has run rampant in my family also. I have just been lucky so far. Fight it with a vengeance. I do have some friends that were given a short timeframe like you, and have fought hard & are still going several years later. Lets hope you fall into that category. Miracles do happen.
  17. They are going to start fracking here soon. I'm afraid a beautiful area is going to be destroyed. Popular spot for bikers. http://www.shawneeforest.com/Hiking/GardenoftheGods.aspx http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2013/05/06/southern-illinois-braces-for-oil-rush-as-fracking-regulations-considered-by/
  18. I'm thinking you're only running on 3, also. I pull my camper, which is 350 empty, plus all of our gear inside, cooler etc..., and have no problems reaching speeds. I DO have to run in 4th more often. My gas mileage with the full load is around 29mpg. That thing is heavy.
  19. The water did bead off from the get-go after I installed, so yes, that part works pretty well. I just have old habits, so I still do what I do. The best thing with the F4, is the scratch resistance. You clean it with Windex & paper towels. You can also use Rainx or Fogx on it without hurting it, unlike most others. They also have EXCELLENT customer service.
  20. Your pics might be to large. If so, you can use www.fotosizer.com. Download & install it, then resize your pics to what the forum allows. Works great.
  21. I have the 14.5" with vent, so I can see over it anyway. If you spray it with Pledge or some other mild wax, the water will bead, just like any other windshield. Personally, I use Lucas Spray Wax.
  22. I keep a motorcycle plug kit & a 12v compressor on my bike, just in case. I also keep a section of fuel hose & a few clamps, just in case my fuel pump ever goes. Sorry you had such a rough time Joe. Hopefully, it'll be smooth from here. Was nice finally getting to meet you & your wife.
  23. Apparently, the really dark cloud we went through that almost drowned us, spawned a tornado that did quite a bit of damage around Franklin, Ky. Should I go buy a lottery ticket? Those of you who have Facebook can watch the video here...
  24. They are home safe & sound.
