We had the privilege tonight to attend the full dress rehearsal of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir with Jan & David Harris [utadventure] The concert is dedicated to the men and women of the U.S. forces, past and present. To hear the Hymn of the Republic sung by these people was very uplifting,I shall always remember it!

Alan has bEen putting in some tinkering time, using David's garage and tools. He is a happy camper now he is back on two wheels Went for a ride last night up into the Wasatch mountains and had "Hobo dinners" with other riding friends' of Jan & Dave's. What an magic ride, don't have mountains like that near us at home.

Geez, it got real hot today! Finally arrived at David & Jan's home in Taylorsville, Utah late afternoon. Alan got to look at his bike at last. We enjoyed a family dinner with their children, grandchildren and friends.

What a ride!! . Trike handles great, and the ride through mountain country from Albany to Bend was amazing. Also saw snow covered mountains in the distance rained the last 13 miles into Bend, but I still have a smile on my dial. Quickstep even said " Yippee, our ride trip has started"

Bit of a delay getting out of Portland, as EZ steer didn't arrive! Harley in Tigard have been great, and we should be heading out this afternoon. Going via Albany, Bend & Ontario --heading for utadventure's in Utah.
