Sending good thoughts over Don. Sounds like you need to head to the workshop (be careful!) and make a "cradle" for the end of the bed, so your sheets etc. don't actually touch your feet. My nerves are really sensitive in my right foot now and can't even stand the sheet on my toes...so, Quickstep stuck the ironing board in the end of our bed. Works a treat!!!!!

Hey Condor, sorry I missed this post!! Yep, big island with unbelievable riding roads. Just going from one side to the other "across the paddock" is an ad-Venture all by it's self. The Nullabor has a 90 mile stretch of straight road, where all you see is the horizon. Easy to get "white line fever"

Thanks guys, for all the well wishes. And don't worry, I clean them suckers 3/4 times a day!! My surgeon has always been amazed at how clean I keep the pin sites, and how little infection I've had compared to some of his other patients. I'm not allowed to let the skin "tent" (heal)onto the pins, so inflicting pain on yourself everyday ain't my idea of a good time!! I have a couple sites on the inside of my knee that wont stop bleeding when I move :bawling:Which is how I got the infection. MISS YOU GUYS :bighug: -
Just take it one day at a time...............and let your bodies heal Enjoy the time together 'cause what will be, will be.
