  4. Went for my review with the surgeon, and "fingers crossed" he said the fixator would come off my leg in four weeks. Then we have to figure out some kind of brace for the leg. With the knee not bending the lower half of my leg will always be under stress and the surgeon said it could break again I informed him that I WOULD NOT wear another fixator...three is enough!! ....so, please cross everything folks

  8. Okay folks, need a front tyre soon and don't know what to put on. We are going to put a Kumho 165/80-15 C/T on the BACK of bike, so with the outrider on, what C/T would you recommend I put on the front??

  19. :clap2:would love to trike mine so I gain reverse, but then where would I put my elbow crutches?? They sit down between the panniers and the outrider [voyager] mudguards and don't get in the way of my getting on or off. Next project is to try and get "flat" U-bolts made for the frame of the kit. Quickstep says they will "grip" the frame better and stop coming loose after going over not-so-good country roads all the time. Better for long trips too.
