Hey Dan, got a similar problem with boots. My right foot swells bad, so I use hiking boots. They are light weight, give ankle support, and have a good toe cap. I take the laces out and replace them with "YANKZ" they are elastic laces and have a little locking device... real easy. Got mine from powertri.com [u.S site] Oh, and the hiking boots open out more so I can get the bung foot in

Mike, all the best to your wife....I know the frustration of not having your legs work properly! But as everyone in here has stated "we are family" we don't care how you turn up for a social get together, as long as you still get together. Maybe the missus should come and visit in here? How about extra wheels on that RSV instead of buying something else? Triking would make it easier for both of you [just a thought] Life is for Living....GOD Bless
