Not only is Dave fixing an '84 and painting it for Quickstep, he has now generously offered to lend us a CB for our trip. Condor is letting us use a GPS, and is mailing it to Dave's house. Muffinman is lending us a trailer, and it is working it's way across to Portland Amazing...bloody amazing!!!!!!

Is J&M The Cheapest for CB Setup
Aussie Annie replied to Aussie Annie's topic in GPS, Audio, Electronics
If I buy the JMCB2003B-SL for Alan's Venture in the states, what headset do I need ?? and, what cable ?? Need to be able to talk bike to bike, and to others in the group. Can someone help with the part #'s. We have ED-Sets and RSV [2007] lower cables, can we use any of these?? on a 1984 Venture? Was going to purchase from Sierra Electronics-- but Overby's are $34 cheaper -
[Can Am -- no room for leg] Buying in the states was the first plan -- what a nightmare!! If I buy over there, won't have compliance for Australia Have to buy the bike here, then put motor trike kit on. Engineer in Sydney can give me compliance for Western Australia. It's been a bugger of an exercise but nothing else suits the problems I have -- and I gotta ride!!

We are going to buy the JMCB2003B-SL to put on Alan's bike in the U.S. [so we have rider to rider contact] Is J&M the cheapest place to get this???

Seriously, need a trike with reverse and this looks like the only one that leaves room for the stiff leg. Quickstep will take the Venture back to two wheels for himself....so she's staying in the family

And you Sir, can bite ya bum

OOPS, try this [had a wheel missing] Blue & Black of course!!!!!![
