I had them and the end-caps flaked badly after a couple months. the co. refused to stand behind them so I would never recommend them. If you find a good after market pipe, say a samson, or somethig else, do not re-jet unless absolutely your bike wont run. You might have to plug off the 2 AIS pumps if you get back-fire though. good luck. ron

My Bubs end caps flaked off, looked like horse pucky. The co. when contacted said "oh Well" So I never miss an oppurtunity to advise against Bubs. -
My first "strand" on the side of the road was 2 weeks ago. My ign. went out, just like it had been threatening for months, (READ MY FAULT). Not a honda, harley, sport bike, kawa, sosukky, or yamadog offered any assistance as I pushed the little feller down the service road. But I will always, and everytime stop for any brand on the side of the road unless waved off. Its the right thing to do. Ron

New to the Venture Circuit as of Yesterday morning :)

I had my first break-down in 58,000 miles sat. flying down the hwy. 85mph and it was as if someone turned the key off. nothing lights up or works except the radio. There are no burnt wires under the tank, and no power past the switch, so... any thoughts??? thanks. ron -

Me and my big bottomed wife combine to make 400lbs. Over 50,000 miles and no bottoming out. I ride a 99 RSV. I agree, problem is something mounted, or aligned incorrectly.
