I didn't know you could use 15% ethanol in an 06 vehicle. Thought it rotted the fuel lines etc.

I believe that having a good long life pickup truck is a matter of pure luck. My 96 Ford F150 4x4 purchased new in October of 1995, now has 251xxx miles on the odo and has never been overhauled. Original everything but inner tie rods and wheel bearings. Normal maintenance and brake linings is all. Of course down here I have no issues with rust either. It has a 302 and the E4OD Transmission. I don't pull with it very often and then not much weight.

I am going to upset some of you but I absolutely love snakes. When working in Texas I would go on snake roundups and get them from pits. Here in North Carolina I caught an Eastern Diamond back on my property and showed some of my neighbors who freaked out. I turned it loose in the forest area and told them it was dinner for a King snake or a Black snake. Little did they know that non poisonous snakes eat poisonous snakes. Remember I am a little wierd. But even back in Nebraska as a child I loved them. I have only KILLED one snake and that was in Colorado when I started a hunting vehicle in the early morning cold. When I came back to get it all was warm and when I started to get in I heard the rattles. Right on the floor where my legs and feet would be. Scared the crap out of me and a twelve gauge with birdshot did him in, plus a hole in the floor. I still regret that act.

Your brother was certainly liked by all and he sure had a large family. That was a nice obit. Thinking and praying for all.

No such thing exists due to the many different elements involved. Some folks like the high dollar high mileage tires and some like the cheaper easy to change tires that don't last so long but then againd don't get hard and slick due to age on the bike. I have always gone cheap and fresh.

Oh, I have shot it many times and the pellets come out in a linear pattern. At eight yards all five will hit a twelve inch paper on approximately the same horizontal plane. I have a ported barrel on it so recoil is light. It also shoots .45 LC but it is hard to keep on target.

There you go again Puc, calling me names because I like to carry a two shot derringer in my pocket. But remember that derringer that I carry spits out five .357 pellets with each .410 shot and it has a 4.25" barrel. Now granted I would rather have my full size 9mm or .45 acp but in a pinch the Bond Arms derringer will save the day...as long as there aren't innocents near by.

I have a Mossberg 500 in .410 with 16" barrel. I am looking to add an AR rail and cooling fins. I can find them in 9.5" length and I can adapt (called butchering) to get it on...I think. Any opinions? I have pistol grip and shoulder stock for it and two point sling. Some times my mind wanders but it takes me to some cool and unusual places!

I have had Progressive for over twenty years and have never had an issue. I am cancelling in May and selling the bike.

Now that is on top of the game when it comes to luxury add-ons. Bet it has disc brakes up front too.

That is what I have. Forget my previous post. I followed Puc's lead and now I knew I shouldn't have.

Only info I have on a Dodge (in my case) Ram is the only one I have had. I believe it was an 04 1500 and I bought it with 100k on the clock. Ran fine and serviced it regularly. Had a 4.7 V8 that was the issue. Not a good engine for Chrysler. Had multiple problems, one being sludge build up. I put Seafoam in the engine oil according to directions and ran it 3000 miles. Cleaned that engine like new and had to change pcv valves every other oil change. Put over 200k on it. Was that worth ?

I believe Puc mentioned that you were a retrobate once. I don't know what that means but maybe it has something to do with your being banned. It may have been someone else who said this but I am almost positive that I read it here or somewhere else...maybe.

Shinko makes a good tire. I put them on my ride last year. Can't remember the model of the tires.

School shooting at UNC Charlotte. Two dead two with serious injuries and others injured. Sophmore student arrested. Why does this happen??? I can't wrap my head around it. I have had weopons for hunting since ten years old and never thought about shooting a human. Even when I was a deputy I never considered it. We need God back in our country and now.
