Never reported to be a cowboy but I have owned a number of quarter horses, and rode many barrel races. When riding I never had anything in my pockets for obvious reasons. And I never owned any Ah-di-da's. But your still welcome to live next to me. I don't use brickets just hard woods. Lots of hickory, mesquite and alder plus a little fruit wood, depending on what's in cooking.

That's just low, real low. I don't wear Tony Lama's since my last pair turned slimy. I wear Birkenstocks now to show off my diversity. Local democrats are asking for my endorsements. Sorry to say the republicans want nothing to do with me.

Spotted a RSV in this Rolling Thunder DC Yesterday
Sylvester replied to grubsie's topic in Watering Hole
There were a lot of RSVs at RT in the past. I would ride up with twenty or more from NC, members of Star Touring and Riding, Christian Bikers Association. But most of have aged out and can't do it anymore. I have seventeen attendance metals from Rolling Thunder and I was always a VIP escort for Blue Star Mothers. Thank you veterans for your service. -
Put four racks of St. Louis ribs on at 9:00 am. in the smoker, took them off at 11:00 am and wrapped them in foil with a shot of apple juice. Will take them out of the foil at 1:00 pm and put them back on the smoker for one hour. Fall off the bone goodness with my the sweet and spicy rub and my own sauce (molasses based) they will be awesome. Giving one each to three great neighbors including my sauce and keeping one for Jana and me. Thank you veterens for your service.

Sorry to say this but welcome to the past 70 crowd. I can't ride my 02 RSMV with confidence so that means no riding. Turned in the tags for it and the cargo trailer. At least it doesn't cost me to leave it sit.

I was thinking...how hot did you have to get the upper member to bend like you did?

Ahh, the woodworking skills of an iron worker. Very nice.

No problems with the nits, that was 57 years ago. Hey I just had long term memory even though I got some of it wrong. Couple of my riding buds had different bikes, one had a 250 Meguro (? spelling) which was a thumper, the other had the Bridgestone. I was running a 305 CL77 Honda and a 65 Triumph Bonny.

I see the company is from right here in NC. Often wondered how they kept the high tensioned lines right of way trimmed. I have seen the big mowers do their thing but this just answered my minds question about the trees. Never saw a tree company with buckets and saws doing the work.

Have you noticed how old this post was? Nine years old. I doubt any information is good anymore. I have a Barons Tach that mounts on the front master brake. Try them.

Very similar look to the Bridgestone 250. Another great 2 stroke.

The chrome covers also reflect sun in your eyes at the worst possible moment. Also reflect off your windshield into your eyes. I swapped mine for a black one.

No Heinz Kraut in me, pure Irish. Father born in County Cork and Mothers parents from Cork also. I even have Irish citicenship since I am first generation son. Never been their but my Scotts wife has traveled the Scott and Irish highlands. Not trying to capture the thread,.

Thanks Puc for posting. The top pictures are the Bond derringer and the MagnaPort barrel is visible. As you can see I have large hands and this weapon fits them very nicely. I have had this weapon for 5-6 years now and carry it most always especially in warm weather in my shorts cargo pocket. The second is my recently purchase Ruger air rifle in .177 caliber and is dedicated to thinning the squirrel population on my farm. And the last is the work in progress Mossberg 500 in .410. I hope to soon have a barrel vent and piccatiny rails on it.

A really funny man. What a shtick. He and Corman would test your skills as to when Corman would break down laughing and Conway would be sober faced. Thanks.

I have two .380 pistols and both are Bersa Thunder models. The oldest is the 8+1 and has been an excellant firearm for ten years without any issues and is out of the box dead on shooter. The other is the newer Hi Cap "combat plus" model in earth tone and it is 15+1 and like it's sister is dead accurate.

My derringer is made by Bond Arms out of Texas. It is much smaller than a Judge but shoots the same shells/bullets. It is named Snake Slayer IV. I have a ported barrel that reduces recoil by 20+% and is easy to handle. I don't care for the .45 since if I have to use my weapon it is going to be close and the .410 is what will take the fight out of the adversary. Granted there are only two shots so practice is important. I load mine withe 3" 000 buck. That puts five .357 pellets down range.

Since Newbeme opened the door, I want to say that I will loan my Carbtune to any registered member. I will send it to the member at my cost and he returns at his cost. I expect it to be used relatively soon after sending so it is available for other members. Of course I expect all the components to be returned. Beat that deal! I do this because few use a Carbtune more than once every 1.5 years if that.

I haven't had a Harley since my 2000 Ultra "bike from hell" ride. I have ridden my best friends 09 a few time and it had the one cylinder cut off option, and I am sure that it did the vapor thing. Never take my word since it is subject to being wrong.

Very clean and sexy. Way cool.
