  5. My R/R is out and i'm explorind other than OEM equipment options since the OEM isnt readily available around here. And it would be a new experience. Right now i am running one from an XV535 that is working but for how long i can't guess. it gets supper hot. Probably overloaded ... Anyone know what the voltage from the stator is, i have been looking at a shindengen unit that has a voltage max of 40 volts.
  6. What georges said. and they are hard on plugs, mine is anyway. Battery voltage is a must, check it first.
  7. Don This question is not for me, it is for those smarter than i on hydraulicks (see i cant even spell it) But when i am diagnosing a problem with in the realm of my capabilities, it helps to know............"Exactly what were you doing when this happened?" ie. traveling forward/backward, changing direction, turning.... were you moving the handle or did it just go limp in your hand, or did you notice it say.......after you moved the handle?
  8. It was truly the least i could do................ Glad to HEAR they are takin' such good care of ya. Enjoy.

The worst part was going through St. Louis in rush hour traffic on I-40 Did you know you can fall asleep on a bike? that will get your attention!!! I did get the "IRON BUT". but not the iron but award. (IBA) Four days later i did it again coming home; all but the rain.
  13. ..............................It is within the realm of Possibility, depending on your location, drive and determination. (cash and time are a plus) Around here:stickpoke: "The difficult we get to immediately, The impossible takes just a little longer"

  19. Jt has been activated and is at Camp Shelby now, he will be going too Oklahoma soon for training. from there i think he has some leave time home then to Afghanistan in July. I'll check on the dates. Jake is leaving for Iraq from San Diego in the morning. Jake has had so much trouble with his soon to be X-WIFE calling his command to complain about one thing or the other. And from this and several NJP's (her phone calls and his attitude) He now holds the rank of PFC instead of L CPL. Please keep my boys in your prayers. If you would like to encourage them, I will send you their e-mail, just let me know.

  23. My Brother decided; for some unknown reason, that he should breed his F-450 Welding Shop on wheels with my poor little motorcycle!!! It was not a fair match; but the Venture did well. With all the hollerin and screaming going on, I was able to get him to stop before going too far and COMPLETELY ruining my day. A little further and i'd have seen what a 10,000 Lb. truck could do to a Venture. Anyway, as good fortune would have it, all i kneed is a left front turn signal. The lense on mine was completely demolished. Anyone have one for sale???
  24. looks good, where did you find it???
  25. I need a left side one because of my brothers welding truck (complete welding shop on wheels) He backed into it. I'm just glad all i need is a turn signal.
