  2. Ruffy I wished you had told me sooner! I was playing Strip Billards on another forum. Can we give it ago another evening? Let me know! Yama Mama:smile5:
  3. I have hotmail. And I was not trying to have an interesting topic, I was trying to keep people that I know from opening it by accident and getting a virus. In fact, one of my Australian friends has been emailing me that he keeps getting an email from me. Yama Mama
  4. Guys we are off topic again! Geeeeeesh! Yama Mama:stickinouttounge:
  5. If any of the members here received a bogus email from me, I apologize. I had nothing to do with it and I do not know how it is happening, so if you get an email that says Peggy Yerger, DO NOT OPEN IT! I did not send it. Yama Mama
  6. I got the boot tonight and could not get back on to chat. So forgive me, I will try again tomorrow night. Although, I will have Ella for a sleepover, for the last time until she moves on Monday to Kansas City, Mo. Yama Mama

  12. That is a nice site to bookmark for this spring. I am so used to camping with our bike, I think I have it down to an art now, but I still appreciate the list. I think every time we camp we learn something new we had not thought of before. Yama Mama
  13. Maybe the owner loves his 99 so much, he put the high price on it so it would not sell. I think he is getting his wish. Although, I love our 99 so much I would probably ask the same amount to cover all the hours of enjoyment our bike has given us, not to mention the dependability and comfort our 99 has shown us over the years. Yep that is the reason, he really does not want to get rid of it. Yama Mama:beer:
  14. I hope this works, you know me, I usually goof up these things. http://www.miniatur-wunderland.com/exhibit/video/5-minutes-wunderland/ It is worth your time to watch, I think! But try it anyway. Yama Mama
  15. Happy Birthday Larry! I hope that you have a wonderful day. Enjoy every moment! Yama Mama
  16. That is a really cool photo Annie. Glad you made it through the thunderstorm. We might have an ice storm tonight. Hate the ice stuff. Yama Mama:smile5:
  17. What wonderful news Grand ma mini and Grand pa muffin. Now you have a new reason to wear your pink riding chaps and vest! I am so happy for you. I cannot wait to see photos. Yama Mama
  18. Thank you to all the responses. Yes, of course, I know this is part of the plan for Ella. And as I said before, I know that I have been spoiled having her so close to me. I guess I am saying that it will be a period of adjustment that Ron and I will learn to deal with. I am admitting that I am having a hard time dealing with the change, and a hard time accepting the change in plans at this point in time. But in the whole picture it probably will be better for our daughter and her family. Thank you Diane for the very nice offer. We will be fine, in time. It always takes time, as with everything else in life. Yama Mama
  19. I really enjoyed your photos of the Black Hills, Badlands, Mt. Rushmore, and Sturgis. It brings back a lot of memories. Yama Mama
  20. It looks really nice. Looks like a brand new one from here. I know you are proud of it, ride safe and enjoy every mile of your ride! Yama Mama:smile5:
  21. Our daughter and granddaughter Ella, are moving the end of this month to Kansas City, Missouri. We found this out right before Christmas. Ella's daddy is getting a big promotion, which of course means more money. This is all good, except the part about not being able to see our Ella. I know I am spoiled. And I also know many of you have grandchildren who do not live right near you. It is just getting used to it, I suppose. It is a new start for our daughter and her family. I need to think positively of course. I am just used to seeing Ella all the time. I usually rush home from work to get to see her. They lived only 20 minutes away. Now it will only be 10 hours away. It is another reason to go for a trip, only more often I suppose. This is good. It is also half way to Sturgis. A free place to stay! See I am trying to cheer myself up. Just sharing with you. I do not know how long they will be there. Maybe they will come back, sooner or later. I just am worried about Ella. She is going to be 4, March 6th. She is not going to understand why MiMi & Papa are not coming over to see her like she is used to. I know she will adjust but that part is very hard to deal with. Thanks for listening. Yama Mama
  22. bj, I would have chatted with you. I was just busy doing nothing much of anything important. Yama Mama
  23. Guys when it is the middle of the night, your tent is about to blow away, you are stumbling around in the darkness repositioning stacks in the ground, a person just does not think of taking photos! Yama Mama:Laugh:
  24. When Ron and I were in Spearfish, there was a big storm. This is not unusual in South Dakota. A strong wind can come from no where. This was during the night, Ron is snoring. The air mattress is is flat and I am lying on the ground. All of a sudden the tent stacks must have not been in the ground securely, the corners of the tent start to pull up. Ron is still snoring. I go out of the tent in my underwear (do not tell him), it was an emergency situation. I re-secured the stakes back into the ground. I thought for sure we were going to blow away. Ron is still snoring. I climb back in, zip up the tent. I laid flat on the ground with my legs and arms holding down the corners of the tent. We made it, the tent held up through it all. Ron was still snoring. Shocker. It is sort of funny now, I guess. Yama Mama
  25. Except you! Yama Mama
