Thanks puc, I appreciate that. I think it looks pretty cool too. It might not be as comfortable as a Venture, but it is really cool looking. And it it all original I believe which is also pretty amazing. Yama Mama

I have always admired the classic look of a classic motorcycle. I have loved the look of the Heritage and the look of the Springers with all the chrome accessories. Our son lives in Austin, Texas and yesterday he was at a gas station an saw the 1938 HD knuckle head. It looks like it is in amazing original condition. I thought I would just share the photo. You see a woman can enjoy classic beauty too. Yama Mama

Because I am one of the few woman post on this site, I am just curious how many ladies are actually regular readers of this site. So if you could just say hello and where you are from, I will be very excited. I live in Cincinnati, Ohio and I have been a member here since 2006. Please post where you live and perhaps your history with motorcycling. Yama Mama

Thank you puc! I hope to chat with you tonight. May be we might break a record and have 10 folks show up. You just never know! Yama Mama

Just thought I would mention we had nine members on chat on Tuesday night. We really had a lot of fun and a former chatter Keemez even showed up and we surprised I was still doing chat. I told him I had been waiting for his return and had refused to leave until he did. I think he believed me. No he really didn't but the concept is funny. Yama Mama

Hi Don and Eileen, I have held off posting until now. First of all I completely understand why you canceled MD this year. Secondly I want to thank you for all the years in the past that you had MD. You work so hard to make us all comfortable. You are truly wonderful people and two people who Moped and I consider very dear friends. Hopefully, we all will be able to get together sometime in the future. Ventureriders is a unique group of people. We have made friends from all over the country and the world, simply because of your idea to form this family of riders. I thank you for all you have done, and what you continue to do. Your group definitely changed our lives for the better. Stay healthy, Yama Mama

Thank you cowpuc for this great post! I think this shows that although most of us come to chat just to chat, there can be times where much information can be shared. Most of the members who come in to chat are very experienced with the mechanics of all sorts of motorcycles and also cars. One night we were on chat and a newer member came on with questions about how to change his spark plugs. Thank goodness rbig1 was there to help him out. He was real relieved he did have to take off the gas tank of his RSV. So you see there is a lot of sharing of information and experiences that goes on every night. Just an idea for you all. Yama Mama

I think it is sad when someone has to answer their own post. But with that in mind, I am still posting here. I just want to say that tonight the guys are discussing about Marcarl's spark plugs. So I guess I am saying if you have a question about your bike, you should just get on here and then come on VR chat if you cannot answer you question, Please do not be afraid to stop in, Yama Mama

Okay here are my melons. Now I forget what the rest of the topic was. You boys get off of the subject so often that I cannot keep it straight. I will be on chat tonight and then we can straighten this foolishness out, or make more foolishness up. Who knows, I am just glad I am involved with all of this, because other wise I would be doing boring stuff like reading and writing. Oh and I have to stick up for Patch, he evidently is getting picked on. If my whip made any noise I would use it. Yama Mama Yama Mama

Carl, what is your "beef" that I have friends? You can "steak" your best hugs on that fact"! It is grounds for our next hug a thon in the future. Yama Mama

Yeah ecbaatz where were you. Up Perescope for tonight! We really did have a lot of fun last night and I did not even have a party planned. So my new philosophy is to not plan a party then we will have fun every night. It is pretty good that Patch was laughing that hard just being on chat. Come in sometime and try it, you might like it. I have only been a VR chatter for a long time. I have made many friends over the years. Sadly we have had many move on to other venues but some have stayed on. Hi Ben, I have been retired for 8 years. From a woman's point of view, I still do all the things that I did when I worked at my job and probably more. We have no slave driver here at our house. I learned many years ago that Moped goes the opposite direction if I harass him about anything. So what I do, is I start to do whatever needs to be done on my own. Moped is a perfectionist, so he cannot possibly deal with the way I am doing the project, such as landscaping so he starts to take over. At this point I go on a walk or go in the house to do what I want to do. So you see retirement can work if you know how to work it ! You will be fine my friend. Develop a problem with your hearing is another possibility too. Tell Rio I would walk him if I lived closer. Yama Mama

We have the decorations up and the chatroom has never looked more festive. Remember tonight at 8:30 PM EST. we will be celebrating Cinco de Mayo. Please come in an say hola! All food and drinks will be provided, as long as you can reach the refrigerator from your chair. Senora Yama Mamasita.

Also you could wear sunglasses just in case. Yama Mama

Hey Everybody! Please try to stop by the VR Chat tomorrow night. We should have a huge crowd. I rented extra chairs and tables to keep us 6 ft a part. Yes we honor the social distancing. So no masks needed or nitrile gloves. I will have a sink hand to wash your hands if needed. So do not disappoint me, I have big hope for this one. Yama Mama

Flyinfool that was so nice of you to say. Oh it is entirely true, but it was still nice of you. So that is an unbias opinion folks. Please come to the party. Flyinfool wants it to be a Neked Cinco de Mayo, but I am just not sure. What do you think? Yama Mama

Carl, I am not doing any zooming! Just a party! Are you going to stop in Carl? Yama Mama

I am very sorry you are feeling down Tufftom. You have my deepest understanding of what you are feeling badly about. You have my personal invitation for Tuesday night. Why not stop by and chat with everyone who shows up. Who knows it might just be you and I. Yama Mama
