  1. I just want to thank Moped for the last 41 years we have spent together. I especially want to thank him for getting our RSV and the fun we have had with it. I truly believe some of the best times I have had are the sights we have seen and the wonderful people we have met, all because we are on a motorcycle. Great times with a great man. Love you, Yama Mama
  2. Love the photos! Keep them coming. This is where I have wanted to ride for probably 5 years now and still have never made it there. It looks just beautiful! Have fun and enjoy every mile of your ride! Yama Mama
  3. Happy Birthday Painterman! I hope it was a good one! :Happy Birthday:Yama Mama
  4. Scott I will pray that your vision returns. My mother had neuritis of the optic nerve and lost her vision but after treatment her vision returned. Did you happen to notice a lot of "floaters" as they are often called. Little black spots that appear in your eyes? That is a sign of retinal detachment that can be fixed if treated quickly. I hope things improve for you. Take care. Yama Mama
  5. You know it is so nice to have an old member return, rather than an old member leave. Glad you decided to come back. They all know they want to come back eventually! :wel_ani4Tay::wel_ani3Tay::wel_ani2Wa::wel_5Wa::wel_4Wa::wel_3Wa:BACK BACK BACK! Yama Mama:smile5:

  11. About 2 years ago, Ron and I saw Willy Nelson preform in Lawrenceburg, Indiana during their Fall Fest. I was so excited to get to see one of my favorite old time country singers. I do not know if Willy smoked a bad batch of weed that day, but he could not sing like he used to. Most of the songs were his slow numbers and he really had a hard time reaching any high notes. In fact, it seemed like he was speaking the words rather than singing them. I still loved seeing him in concert. I guess when you go to see a famous singer and they are almost 80 at the time, you should not expect them to be the same as they used to be. Yama Mama
  12. That is just getting broken in. Ride safe and enjoy every mile of your ride. Yama Mama
  13. Thanks for sharing this sad story Wes. All motocyclists are one big family, so we all can feel the loss of this young person. Yama Mama
  14. Oh I love it. I bet Becky really loved it. Yama Mama
  15. Thanks Lewis for the invitation. This is the latest that we have gone without riding the bike. He changed the oil and oil filter today. Now to put the windshield back on. I told him I will wax the bike for him when he gets it back together. At this rate, it will be ready to ride in time to winterize it. Say What? Yama Mama
  16. As some of you know, we had to cage it to Freebird's MD this year. After putting on the new tire, and bleeding the brakes, greasing the fork bearings, Ron discovered there was no clutch. He figured out what happened. He had the handlebars hanging down because of the work he was doing on the bike, An air bubble formed in the clutch cable line and of course, there was no clutch as a result. He bled the line and voila there is a clutch now. Just thought I would share, because it could happen to some one else some time. I know I probably did not explain this as well as a guy, but I tried. 17. Good photos Mini! Yama Mama
  18. He got the dates mixed up. He was there on Monday! Yama Mama
  19. Nice photos Patrick! The underpass ones remind me of several occasions when we were riding through bad storms like that. No fun! Yama Mama
  20. Here are some more photos! Yama Mama
  21. Okay folks, I am going to try to post these photos while watching a 2 year old and a 2 month old. These people are real, only their names have been changed to protect the innocent. That is all for now, I will post more after I feed the baby! Yama Mama
  22. You know after reading all of these experiences, I think it was okay to come to MD in the cage. Who knows we could of been pushing, and duct taping too. Glad you made it Jeff. Yama Mama
  23. We are praying for both of you. Just keep both hands on the wheel and let Lonna hold the duct tape. It should work! Yama Mama
  24. This is a photo of Yammer's tent. He made the best of it. Actually, Dan is in it! Yama Mama
  25. Dan I helped you put your tent up the first time you used it. Now I guess I have to help you pack the thing before you use it again.:Laugh: It will be better next camp out. Yama Mama
