Yama Mama

Ron and I have been waiting this week to take a ride to Somewhere. I told him that all I wanted this year for our 42 anniversary was to take an all day ride to somewhere. Now we have had our RSV for a long time and we probably have ridden everywhere in this area one time or other. So coming up with a new destination is not always real easy. We usually ride in Indiana on the weekends. I suggested somewhere in Ky, or somewhere east of Cincinnati. Ron said he would look at the map and decide where we could ride. So now I am waiting to find out where somewhere is. I think the best times that we have had on a day ride is to just wind up somewhere, especially if we got lost by accident and had no where to go or be for no particular reason. So maybe I really do not want to go somewhere after all. We could just go on the bike and wind up no where. That could be much more fun than actually planning a trip to somewhere. I actually find it fun to get lost and figure out where we are. No fair using a GPS. I have wanted to throw that thing in the lake many times. It actually thinks we want to get to places the fastest way. How stupid is that? What do you think? I will post photos after the ride to no where. Yama Mama

I just wanted to wish my first husband, Moped, a Happy 42nd Anniversary! We were supposed to go on an all day ride, but we got stuck baby sitting instead. Hopefully, we can go somewhere in the next few days. It has been a pleasure riding with you all these years even through the twisties. Yama Mama

Just wanted to say hello. I have not been on here very much and I thought I would say hello to those of you I know and hello to the one's I never met, as yet. Ron and I rode the bike this weekend and now I am feeling the need to ride again. It was always there, but over the winter I guess I lost some of that old feeling. Sure feels good again. I hope everyone has a SAFE and Good Memorial Day and remember those who gave their lives so we can live in this great country. Yama Mama
