  1. Spear I like your idea. I know I will not win, but it is a good idea anyhow. But will that be your time and day or our time and day. This could be a controversy. Mama
  2. Sounds like everybody has a bunch of different plans. I just hope every one has a safe, and happy weekend.
  3. Just curious what your plans are for this BIG Holiday weekend? I know I am being nosy, so what else is new around here. Any big rides planned? Mama:whistling:
  4. I must say I am a bit disappointed that no one is interested in discussing Motorcycle Awareness, especially since we have lost members in our group to accidents that would not have happened if people had been watching for motorcycles. Just a comment. I think as a group we could do more to promote this need. Peggy
  5. Hey come on and get this poor guy some ice cream. No I have a graduation party to attend, and that is about all. I think they will have ice cream there. :fnd_(16):Peggy
  6. Congratulations Mom and Dad, for a job well done. What a relief to have a child do so well in school. Oh and by the way, I never have been called Margaret either. Peggy:clap2::clap2::clap2:
  7. Bobbie, I love it, sure is a fine piece of chrome. Mama
  8. I may have missed a thread about this subject, but it is "Motorcyclist Awareness Month"! Has anyone participated in any events to promote motorcycling safety? I believe we can all do our part about reminding cage drivers of the importance of looking out for our brother and sister riders. It really should be done all year long, but let's work on what we have in May. Peggy:7_2_104[1]:
  9. LOVED THE VIDEO! Thanks for sharing that, and I like the music too. You really should have showed the RSV passing all your brothers up! Try that next time. Peggy:wow::wow:
  10. Rooster I think you are thinking of the wrong type of coverage. Either way though it sounds painful. Peggy
  11. Hey Alex how is it going?

    Just wanted to say hello.

    Peggy

  12. I just wanted to wish all our mother's a Happy Mother's Day. I hope you have a great day with your families. Peggy:bighug:
  13. Ron and I have been married 36 years in June, and we first met in 1968. He still makes me laugh; not as much but I still laugh. Peggy
  14. I put in my eye drops, I put on my glasses, I had a cup of coffee, and I looked, and I looked, and I looked some more. All I found was Ron's reading glasses. Thank you Don, you are the BEST fixer upper. Peggy:bighug:
  15. Gee since I am usually confused anyway, I will have no problem here. Thank you, Don. If you did not get this going today, I was going to form a support group. Peggy:hurts:
  16. You say what you need and we will follow! Mama:bighug:
  17. Spear at least your not considered NO-A-COUNT! But remember Mini and Mama have you Number even if you are Down Under! Mama:hurts:
  18. You can count on me to count with you, on account you are an accountable person! Come on 5000! Mama
  19. That is great. Maybe I should have mentioned this is Sgt. Matt Maupin who was killed 4 years ago and just recently his remains were discovered. This tribute is for him and to honor all who have died in the war in Iraq. The entire Great American Ball Park is expected to be filled today with people honoring Matt and other soldiers who have made the ultimate sacrifice. Peggy
  20. Mamamo, Those are such cute photos of Venture. And I love your biker frogs. Mama
  21. Boy isn't that the truth! We all need that now and then. Mama
  22. This is what is going on this weekend in Cincinnati. I believe over 20,000 motorcyclists are expected to be at the memorial service at the Great American Ball Park and processional for Matt Maupin. Here are the details. http://news.enquirer.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20080426/NEWS01/304260028
  23. Hey Froggie, I must agree with my friend Honey. When you say "WOMEN", I think in this case I would have said" WOMAN." I actually believe that I possibly love our bike more than Ron does. Our bike is part of our lives and like a child almost we have added things to make it our own. It is personal and it is what it is. I also think there are "Men" who could have said the same exact thing as his wife did. Just making a point. Hey another way of looking at this is now he can buy an RSV and find real "friendship" Mama
  24. I certainly will say a prayer that your surgery will be a success. Just think how nice it is going to be to see better on those nice summer rides. Mama
  25. Mini so you live in a fancy neighborhood huh? I always thought so. Anyway that looks like a nice place, but I would need more than pocket change. I would need to win the lottery. Then we could be neighbors. Mama
