08 Royal Star Venture - I purchased a cargo trailer (Cyclemate CM-1000) that has a "5 wire" system. Using the layout you see below everything works -- except the "4 way flashers" on the bike. When the trailer is plugged in they blink once and then go out. Unplug the trailer and they work fine. Dark green is the right turn signal. Dark brown is the left turn signal. Blue is the tail light. Yellow is the brake light. White is ground. Is there something I am missing? Thanks in advance Tom

I use a Microsoft Zune... and I can load up my CD (234 of them) and take them along as well. -
So it has the funny plug like the Bunkhouses do? I have a 4 wire converter on my Venture - works slick as sh*t.

She's got butter face - everything looks good but her face. Life is like a sh*t sandwich - more bread you got, less sh*t you eat. If guns kill people - then pens cause spelling errors. Well, even a blind squirrel will find an acorn every now and then. Yep, real bright - takes um an hour and a half to watch 60 Minutes. If brains were sh*t - you couldn't raise a stink. If brains were dynamite - you couldn't blow your nose.

We've been looking at the cycle-mate trailers, specifically the CM1000. I have one that is nearly the same but with a cheaper body on it. We're looking to upgrade to something nicer. Has anyone had any experience with the Cycle-Mate brand? We haven't had a chance to look at one in person... tried today, but no. Thanks for the help. Juan Mo Tyme
