  1. Monty - do you actually notice any difference in the performance since it's running a little cooler ?? I'm wondering if it's worth the expense of the additive ? just curious ??
  2. Just called my mother if Florida. 92 years young last February 5th. and still at home - and more stubborn than ever Yeah, I know it's almost 11 o'clock but she sleeps late, part of my mother's day to was to NOT WAKE her up

  4. I know the feeling - I don't ALWAYS want to ride but when I want to - I want to. When I had my knee replaced, I rode as soon as I could bend it enough to get to the brake pedal
  5. Go ahead and order a bunch - between me and Big Tom you may not have enough anyway
  6. When somebody say's "this is my trike", it usually means just that. When you say "this is my trike", few will understand that it really is YOUR TRIKE All I have left is 'awesome, just awesome !!
  7. doesn't make too much difference which one you decide on, they still pull you aside at the airport and rub you all over A 3 to 4 month recuperation is pretty much normal unless you hyper-extend your new knee while changing a garage door opener :bang head: I understand that can get you another 2 months of rehab therapy. don't ask me how I know
  8. What is you recommended tire pressure in the Kumho ? I keep 50lbs in mine and it works just fine
  9. Wayne - I sure wish I could help but I'm dumber about bike transmissions than I am about puters and you where that's at - Good Luck with the fix Dick
  10. don't know for sure but I'd bet J&M has an extension
  11. you are buddy - been a while
  12. our dog made it almost 19 years, it was indeed a sad day when we had to take things in our own hand and we had more than several days afterward that held sorrow. I feel your pain -
  13. Just wanted to say Hi to Darrin he was logged on but not in Hello guy's and hello to our soon to be visitor from down under -
  14. didja notice the support blocks ? they are cut blocks out of a 100 or so year old barn - hopefully they'll last a few more years. checked with keith this am and everything is OK. I can pick up on the way up on Friday, so I guess if you plug it in on Wednesday or Thursday it should be just right.
  15. Hey boss -- didja look in the greenhouse yet ?
  16. That's a heck of a good looking starter bike for Donald Trumps kids or maybe Bill Gates kids if they had any
  17. Darrin - are ya awake ?
  18. I think I got you beat with regards to 'cheap' - I just can't make myself look at a radio as long as I have XM on the bike and in my truck. BUT - I did spring for an I-Pilot for my trolling motor the other day. $362 for an add on to an already overpriced MinnKota Terova w/auto-pilot but I promised myself not to leave any money for anybody to fight over
  19. yeah - it's east or west, could be down under
  20. My trouble started in 1961 in the Army, again in 1977, twice in 1978. then a respite except for pain till 2008 and had it replaced. The dr's wanted to replace it in 1978 but was too young, I was 65 when I finally gave in. Wise decision
  21. aussies ?? we have members in Australia ?
  22. Linda got tired of repeating everything and I thought sure she would get permanent frown lines so I started wearing mine, except when I ride. With no hearing aids I can't hear the whine in my Venture.
  23. to my likes - 1964,65 and 1966 were the last years for a Mustang. That is until several years ago when Ford came out of their shell with the new Mustang body design. Your's is one of them - very good looking car !! Congrats btw - tell me about the radio ? is it a touch screen ?
  24. I'm in the same boat - been around motorcycles, boats and outdoorsy stuff for a few years and the only place I have ever used a grease was on my 7 pin connector for the trailer and it was a white lithium grease. We used to take the side cover off and spray our points and condenser with WD 40 to disperse the moisture when we rode the dirt bikes in the snow.
