@GaryZ - actually I'm glad you proved me wrong. But remember you followed up with the ins. Co's are not honest. I really hope you have no issues that require ' those guys ' because I along with you wouldn't trust an adjuster very far.

There are some nice jeeps out there, as a matter of fact, the one you traded is a fine example. However, while in the Army I started with an M38A1 jeep and finished with an M151 Ford jeep - nearly 60K miles in 18 months in Germany and I promised myself that I wouldn't do that (jeep) again. But, you did get a nice vehicle

I googled toy haulers near me - found several and this one is pretty interesting http://rv.campingworld.com/rvdetails/new-travel-trailer-toy-hauler-rvs/2017-crossroads-z-1-278rr-toyhauler-10k-SRV1286740

Let me play devils advocate - - - - One other thing that should take priority - once you start altering ANY factory frame work or even the inside amenities that will change the factory 'balance' point you may find that your insurance company may not insure it or possibly jack up the cost in an effort to deter the alteration. If your problem now is cost, think about the cost if something happens going down the highway and your insurance company refuses to cover it because of non factory alterations.

I can't for the life of me remember which model I sold but it wasn't even operable. It could have been brought to working order but when I sold it it was not. At the time I researched the model and it to be a VERY desirable item, thus the $1100. The one I have in the closet just says a model C and I have fired it nearly on a daily basis. I'm trying to bag my first crow as it is trying to get it's breakfast at my bird feeder. Darn crows have a nearly impenetrable feather arrangement. Haven't been able to get a breast shot 'cause I'm pretty sure I won't penetrate the wing area and I'm not nearly good enough for a head shot

I had an antique Sheridan 20 cal. that I listed on ebay. It lasted just long enough to acquire a dozen emails before it was shut down. As it turned out, I had a private auction via email and ended up selling the Sheridan for $1150.00 plus shipping to somewhere out west. I did keep the second Sheridan and it might be as powerfull short range as a 22rf

pretty sure he/she needs to see a therapist as quickly as he can dis-arm himself. Yep bb guns are responsible for more than a few disasters especially in the hands of the ignorant

I never had any problems with racoons but for a couple years I had an invasion of skunks around the house and shed. It was so bad at one time that the stench would wake me up at night and force me to eradicate on the spot. I remember one night I had the entire family, mama and 5 young'ens. Mama got shot and the 5 found a club then all of them went for a swim in the fast flowing creek right beside the house. I then started trapping in a "have-a-heart" trap with a rope tied to it and they would go deep creek diving. messed up the fishing for a couple days but - - probably should mention that we live right downtown, 1 block off the square and 30 seconds from wilderness so critters were always around and it never bothered me until they started invading MY space. It's a known fact that mother nature allows for some culling and in many cases culling is necessary. After some thought I did have racoon problems but it was easily solved. I used to put a minnow bucket in the creek overnight with left over minnows with the intention of using them the next day - well that worked for a "little" while until the coon figured out how to open the bucket and help themselves to the minnows. Easy solution, quit putting the bucket in the creek -

Jeff, I do the same thing with them - at one time I had one going back and forth telling them my bank wanted $15 to cash the check they already sent me and that I didn't have it. We were at it for 3 weeks til I finally told him to get lost.

I buy and sell a lot of different things on CL and I find it's pretty easy to spot a scammer usually with their grammar.

AAFES (online) to be open to all honorably discharged vets

Yeah, I get a pittance monthly check but I'm ok with the way it's working. I didn't apply for disability until 40 years after the fact, I didn't know anything was available to (for) me. And when I did start going to the VA I was penalized because I made too much money, that's part of why I quit going to them, second was the Dr. pissed me off. my knee was so screwed up and my records were so extensive and complete that when I retired ( early ) at 62 I applied to SS for additional and was approved with a copy of my records and a phone call. i didn't get any additional money from the VA because it was approved almost immediately, a month or so if I remember correctly. Again, I never saw a doctor at the VA for disability just a PA and my records and a fresh X-ray. Forgot to mention, the VA already had my service records and I had 3 more surgeries outside of the VA by my orthopedic Dr. and they referenced the surgeries to the service injury. -
re: honeydoo list I found a set a brake pads, front and rear EBC brand FA123HH and FA197HH Can someone here help me identify these. I'm guessing they're for a Venture but they also could be for a Wing as I've managed to have both of them in the garage at one time or another.

AAFES (online) to be open to all honorably discharged vets

I have 2 VA outpatient clinics within 20 minutes of me, one 20 minutes North and a second one 20 minutes South and I've been in the system for 30 or so years. As a matter of fact, my last Dr. angered me so that I quit going and 10 years later they called me and talked me into coming back. Because of the injuries I sustained while on active duty I am considered a disabled vet. As it stands now I just go in annually for checkups because I've been blessed with extremely good health and have no issues except my knee and that's not too bad having turned 74 last January 30th. -

I couldn't stand my own confusion so I dug my DD214 out. Believe it or not I still have my original 214 and several copies. Item 13a "character of service" and in that area it says Honorable So I guess I'm OK Thanks for making me look it up -

The local veterans affairs office called and was told that my DD214 was the only 'discharge' that I would get because of the inactive reserve time I was obligated to. I had 3 years active and I really do think 4 years inactive. My 214 shows that I was separated from active and my mos was not a critical one ( message center currier ) so I wasn't called upon during the 4 years reserve. -
I met Ponch at MD a few years back, not too many people measure up to the title "gentleman" as well as Ponch does.

I've been out of the service for 54 years but never got a discharge. I did of course get a DD214 when I was separated in 1963 but at that time I believe there was a 3 year committment to inactive reserves. I just called the local veterans affairs office but got a recording. Courious if anybody else never got a "Discharge " -
Come April you're going to be one HAPPY camper, I mean biker

You're right of course about retirement but not next year. He's got a good front line and a few good years left in him - if Vegas had odds, I'd bet on 2020 as his last year.

Ditto what Condor except I don't see Brady in retirement. I see him in a new Rolls Royce given to him by Robert Kraft because the Patroits franchise value just leaped into the startosphere.
