  4. If it's directed to me - I'm not going negative, just asking about stats instead of an opinion.
  5. Ft. Meyers - Couldn't you find a more expensive place to settle ? lol
  6. I found (for a friend that was retireing) a double wide on a lot in a community w/pool, activities etc in Florida that was completely furnished - washer, dryer, 3 tv's, dishes, sliverware, lawn mower, weed eater, all the furniture and on and on for $12,000 Point is, it might be worth a trip or spend some time on the net looking around the area you want to stay in. There are some bargains to be found -
  7. Just got an answer from the owner - gonna go look at it today. if it's half as nice in 'real time' as it is in the pics it'll be hard to walk away
  8. I emailed the owner - no response. If I had an address, I'd show up and take a looky. Yammer - Green is on Rt. 800 just North of Canton Ohio, about 20 minutes from me
  9. I hope this link works - it lends to to insignifance of a ct on a bike. If ever there was an accident looking for a place to happen, this could be it. The EZ steer is just an outstanding innovation http://akroncanton.craigslist.org/mcy/3139776207.html
  10. Curiosity has got the best of me - I know of several "hacks" that have a car tire mounted on the front rim of the bike because it enhanses steering as well as mileage. back to the curiosity - are there ant 'stats' on how many accidents from the 'time bomb' going off on a bike ? How many death/injuries have been attributed to the 'time bomb' How many times did a ship fall off the edge of the FLAT earth before a path was found ?
  11. If it were a 2nd gen, I'd be all over it. Been thinking about a trike btw - be happy to look at it if somebody needs a closer look. can't ride, not over the rotater cuff surgery yet
  12. Pretty Interesting & only a few miles from me. http://akroncanton.craigslist.org/mcy/3216256238.html
  13. food for thought - Probably lose this bet - I'd bet that Donald Trump knows every fine detail about his car. The tire size, type of oil, brand of air filter etc. You know the one that his chauffer drives
  14. What is so wrong about that ??
  15. Mississippi (at the time) was part of the problem back in the 80's when unscrupulous body shops would bubble gum a salvage car or truck, get it inspected and sell in northern states as a 'clean' auto. Several cars came apart and a few people got seriously hurt - destroyed the salvage rebuild business - don't ask how I know - - -
  16. Happy Birthday Gil
  17. Have fun yall - sorry Tom, I definately won't make the rally -
  18. I've only been around here for about 4 years so I now wonder how much longer it would have taken me to notice that # up there in the right hand corner. still wouldn't have seen it had saddlebum not mentioned it. just goes to show, never to old to learn something
  19. I don't have any idea - I get a truck plate, a car plate, the bike plate and a trailer plate every January. I don't even look any more, I just sign the check and the girl fills in the amount and stamps their name on it. My wife has to balance the check book so as long as I have checks - - --
  20. Thanks Freebird for all you do
