    :sign yeah that:exactly what I did and skydoc is always willing to help if needed. The directions he sent were very good and all I needed to do the job. It's been two years plus.

    Just my opinion but, they (cagers) don't here you coming, they hear you going. I hear pretty good and I don't hear loud pipes until they are next to me or ahead of me. Don't get me wrong, I love the sound of loud pipes as long as I don't have to listen to them long.

    I had a friend sell his HD and asked me if I wanted to buy his HD riding jacket...I said why would I do that, I ride a yamaha. He just looked at me, and we had ridden together??? WOW!

    Ride what cha like...just ride. If I had the money to through on one, I would just because. Corny, maybe but that's just me. Will it ever take the place of my v4...never, but I do like em.

    I have the J&M set. I like it alright, but I have the base model and for music through the helmet speakers, it leaves a little to be desired. For talking and listening to your passenger/ cb radio the base model is fine.

    In a heartbeat. I love my venture. Hopefully won't need another bike for a long time, but when that time comes, I will look at Yamaha.

    I'm betting on the whine or the chirp. My whine got better after a clutch basket change, but then I was able to hear the chirp. Does'nt bother me at all like the whine did. Good luck.

    That Honda silver wing is very nice too. My uncle has had one for about 4 yrs now. He's carrying around almost 300 pounds, not a small guy. He takes that out as much as his goldwing. I've ridden it and wouldn't mind having one myself.

    I turn my ipod to max and aux vol of 16 is about all I can stand.

    I saw one light up the tires one day. Punched it rolling about 20 mph and smoked the tires. He pulled in to the parking lot a work. I asked what he had done to the engine...he said it was pure stock. WOW! Nice truck btw. Congrats!
