    I am glad this thread is here.I would like to add this to my list of things to get. I don't like running the battery down. I had to raise the RPM's on the 83 to run the driving lights and pull the trailer ran a battery down in heavy night time traffic. I do not want this type problem with my G2...................Ron

    I had the one SQUIDLY has on my 1st gen and really liked it. I tried some of the others on my 2nd gen and they don't last very long. The vibration and weight of a 12oz bottle seems to break the plastic at the swivel or it cracks and breaks where it bolts up. The one I have now I picked up in STURGIS this last Aug cause I needed something to hold my water bottle. I should of gone back to what works (like the one SQUIDLY has). It is inexpensive and works well. When the one I have now breaks, I will head to Wal-Mart again..............Ron

    We buy a new HJC every time we need a new helmet and we really like them.We are searching for new helmets for next year. Trying to get some good pricing on the same model...........Ron

Not only can you order a part you need but they give a Schematics drawing,exploded view.I like it cause I can make a copy and have it in the garage as I break something apart.LOL I like this page and use it for referencing.     Was wanting the same thing. Saw one on a Harley Road King that is sold by Harley. The NAVIGATOR and I thought it would be a nice addition to the trunk lid. We looked at some for luggage bags made by Samsonite. They are small and would work. But we would not be able to put our helmets in the trunk and close it. Then there is that little pouch that is in the back of the trunk and thought I would talk to the guy that does the leather work that posted here before the CRASH of 06. I do not remember his handle so I am hoping he posts again. I was hoping to get him to make me a windshield & trunk bag. We know what we would like and the sizes. We think it will be a great addition to the bike for more storage. The only other alternative if we cannot do all of that is to buy a ROAD KING trunk bag and mount it on the RSV and that is not acceptable for now......Ron:cool10:
