    Just had something like this happen to me... My clutch handle was not going all the way forward.. Lube up the pin and see if it helps.. Its what I did and now its back to normal

    Check with your state LEO's.... some states require that any Aux lighting shuts off when the hibeams are on.....

    ok Very Interesting...Now can you tell me if you can put a Tour deluxe seat on a Venture?? I know of a guy who wants to buy a venture from a dealer but doesnt want the venture seat...I'm thinking about a trade.....HUMMMMMM Interesting

    Plan is to fly just one regular sized flag. Nothing special.. Really dont plan on high speed runs with a flag flapping behind me..

    I was wondering if anyone has an Idea on the best way to make a pole to fly a flag from the trailer hitch on my Tour deluxe.. I have the bracket made but need to know what would hold up as the pole. Dont want it bending and dragging behind me.. Thanks

    The bike is not for everyone, but I would never trade it in for anything, I love the ride, the power..MMMMMMM nice. and a very smooth ride Bad points, yes there is a few.. 1. First thing I would do is get rid of the OEM brake pads, they squeal....... 2. the well known Yamaha WHINE.... sucky gears. they also can be fixed to a point. or you do what I did... Got louder pipes...lol The wife wants me to get a Venture, told her she would have to give up her side of the garage for another bike becaure I'm NOT getting rid of the TD

    I've done a few 2nd gens, but havent done a 1st gen yet and was wondering if the carbs have the same nipples on them.... Know HOW to do it, just wondering if they have the same parts

    I bought and have used the Carbtune, I think it works good enough for the work us backyard mechanics, but other will say its not good enough... You will have to make up you mind on if its good enough for you. as in any question, you will get lots of different answers to this one

    950 miles from Oklahoma City to Milwaukee in 14 hrs.. And that was with a stock seat on my 06 RSTD....

    Some may say that the Carbtune has a question about it's accuracy, But for what we use it for I say its close enough........ Used mine and I had no problems

    I finished syncing my carbs............... OH YA THATS WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT I got my old bike back

    Mine were tight also, but a little extra force popped them loose for me when I installed the pegs for my wife
