    I went from the stock seat to a mustang seat (wife had a gel cushion on the last 2 bikes) now I put on the Venture Pillow tops and WOW very nice... The wife has stopped using the gel seat...she wont sell it YET..... It is correct that everyone will have a different answer to this one... Heck I didnt think the stock seat was all that bad, I did 950 miles in 14 hours on it...But now I'm ready for some LONG riding.......

    I have the rollers and back rest..... I'm doing the other way around, I'm making a Tour DeVenture, Tour pak is at paint this week, the Pillow top seats are on and the wife is loving them... In a week should be all done

    I've heard it more than a few times... Why didnt you just get a Venture??? I like being different.......... I liked the bracket that I got from Naturbar on this site for the tour pak (still for sale guys, and gals), but the bride (of almost 10 years) wanted a softer seat. Go figure, a Mustang seat wasnt all that bad. It may have been that 1000 mile weekend that made her want something a little softer so that why I'm doing the mod over to a Tour De Venture... I will post pics as soon as its done. The tour pak is getting painted this week.. The mod is almost done and I'm liking it already... So if you need a 3 piece mustang seat with off set drivers back rest.. Moves you back futher than their standard back rest 2005-2009 RSTD or a stock seat for the same or the back rest with luggage rack or a removable tour pak WITH bracket let me know.. All for sale.....

    I've started the mod to my 06 RSTD, in about 1 week it should be completed.. I have all the parts needed to install the Venture tour pak and seats to transform it into a Tour DeVenture.....     I will have both the luggage rack and the back rest for sale soon, I have started a mod to my bike that I will no longer have the need for either one..

    Most states have laws about this, I also run the MOTOlights with 55 watt halogen which make me one bright light coming at you...Cant miss me.. But thats how I like it, But when the brights come one the passing lamps and the MOTOlights go off. No need to give the LEO's another reason to stop me

    I have the removeble tour pak (trunk) from the guy here. But now I'm doing a mod to the bike to install the Venture Tour pak got all the parts but just need the time to do it. I've seen a few Tour deluxes with this mod and really like it.... So if anyone is interested in a setup let me know....

    I dont think dealers know how to sync carbs, I had mine done and the bike ran worse so I bought my own and now it runs like a champ

    Not many people know, but this happened to someone I know.. He was on a ride from the states to Canada and wasnt allowed to enter because he had a DUI in the states....He had to wait for everyone to return so he could ride home with them.... Even though it was quite a few years since he was charged...
