  1. I have used more expensive tires with longer life and that is because they are not as sticky on the road especially in the rain if you want to do twisty roads and it is slick the Shinko's are great.
  2. I finally received my Ruger 10/22 that has a hard wood stock and stainless barrel it is so purdy I don't know if I want to shoot it.
  3. I was a first mate on an 50' Choy Lee and had a 25' Bristol and a 30' Pearson Wanderer that I sailed from Massachusetts to down here in Florida where I find people don't like to sail . I have sailed to a lot of places like Bermuda the US Virgin Islands and the British Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and did the whole Intra coastal waterway.

    A/C ?

Does anyone know if an RV rooftop A/C unit is repairable or is it a throw away item?
  13. I have an independent near me that charges me 25$ a rim to take off the old and install the new and balance them and I think that is well worth the money.
  14. I totally agree with you Mother nature has it all worked out and we seem to screw it all up. My dad freaks out at any snakes and tries to kill it and I have tried to explain that they have a place here to keep things in balance but he is old school and I hope I never get that way.
  15. I ordered these custom wood grips for the gun. https://www.hogueinc.com/s-w-5900-series-coco-bolo
  16. I have a 2009 Nissan Frontier that has had zero issues but I have to say it only has 57,000 original miles, my work truck is a 2011 GMC 1500 that I would consider a lemon it has 119,000 miles on it and has gone through 3 transmissions, ball joints and a whole list of thing. My last truck was a Chevy Silverado and was also a piece of junk, I always had great luck with Ford trucks and never had a Dodge. I went Japanese because they are considered bulletproof. I put a Bullydog tuner in it with a Banks 3" exhaust and a cold air intake and it is a rocket ship.
  17. I just bought this old school S&W 5906 9mm all stainless no polymer here gun, I can't wait to take it to the range.
  18. I use sticky holsters you can use them in the pocket or waistband.
  19. I was taught to never open carry because if someone were looking to rob someone it would be you because they were concealed and would draw on you before you could get to your weapon then take the weapon and all of your belongings.
  20. This was my 82 XS1100 that I took to Daytona bike week.
  21. I pocket carry down here in FL because inside the waist band is hot and sweaty and I love my .380 and as many of you know I have many caliber guns but for everyday use I pocket carry but it is not for everyone but you have to watch till the end.
