Boat came out of the water in a mix of rain and snow and on the way home saw the dreaded salt trucks on the road so it is time to put the bike up also.

Make sure to but a baggie between the lid and can when resealing it or the lid will never come off a second time. Paint out of a separate tray

Used it this spring to coat my Cast Iron Keel on my boat. It is coming out of the water next week we will see if it held up like it says. I used Black and I will tell you it took weeks to get it off me I used it also to coat a rusted out Oil pan and so far it is holding. Letus know how the clear works.

I left most of the other tape in place figured it would help keep the leather in place and prevent scratching:thumbsup2:

They were held on by 2 face tape I was able to just pull it off then roll the tape off and used some cleaner wax to remove sticky stuff

Got full coverage, run it past the adjuster

The bike tends to to be a week day thing to have time for boating and camping on the weekends and winter is for house work. Good luck juggling the fun

I named mine Puffin since to get the boat told the wife I would give up smoking if I could get it by the time I upgraded from the 19 to the 26 I succeeded. So you gave up the VR should be named in it's memory.

Nice looking now you need to add some orange to it . Everything you have has to be orange and black when you own a HD

I was driving from Aubern Hills to Sterling HTS when I see a Venture merging looked 2 toned greenish rider with Army on his vest. Gave my lights a flash and let him in I so rarley see another Venture wanted to see if it is someone here?

I believe the main is just a longer tube in the tank.

Heard the power was going to be out hurried up ad swapped a main panel in a house we were rebuilding no inspection needed to seal the meter.

My friend just spent $40,000 on a new HD and it is a beautiful bike. I have a problem spending that on a car that has a ton more in it but I am happy for him. There are times I am jealous of the things they can buy for there bikes and wish there were things out there to buy to show our love of this bike but I chose this bike because I loved the look and it had a little more room both me and my wife take up space.Also when I rode my friends HD my hands and feet itched after just a 20 mile ride at the time I purchased my RSMV cost 13 and the comparable HD was at 25 which help on the decision. I do wear HD shirts because some are neat and I do have HD pipes on my bike so it is a step child I guess. I still ride with my friend I still wear my helmet when none of there group does and also only drink soda while they pound beer and race off I keep my GPS loaded and will catch up at the next destination or when I find them on the side of the road wrecked or broken down. I would not mind owning a HD for the stuff but I still would not fit in with most of the riders in my area.
