After a message from Mini figured it was time for a check in. We are all doing alright. Scarlett is sitting at the camp waiting to be broke out of moth balls. The Famous Red Baron is in the garage wanting a nice bath. Frogman and I now both work for the company he has been with 30 years last month. Oldest daughter is remarried a year now and we just received a New Granddaughter May 30th 7lb 2 oz. 20 inches. Ivy Lucille has a head full of dark hair. Our son (Josiah) VenturePirate is finishing his freshman year of high school and taller than everyone except Frogman. 5 hours ago back home. Still have nausea, still have headache. But the surgery is still on. So moving forward. up at 5am. Hospital expects me back by 6. Thanks for the prayers -

Sherry Patterson-Jarrett Need desperate prayers. On my way to ER. Vomiting wont stop. Dr said they will cancel surgery if i show dehydrated. Sherry just posted this on Facebook 5 min ago We need to pray. She really wants this surgery over. -
Sherry sent me a text today requesting that the Ventureriders please put her on their prayer list. She is having surgery Thursday July 26, 2012 for kidney cancer stage 1. They are going to be taking part of the kidney. The tumor they found is the size of a golf ball. She has been having pain and nausea. Will update when I hear anything else.

FrogMan and I are fine. We are on day 3 no electric. Running a generator during day for freezer refrigerator and one small ac unit. Turn it off at night to conserve gas. At beginning no power from Charleston - Clarksburg also Below Beckley north to Clarksburg Storm affected 53 county's in WV in some way. In Braxton where us and Skid lives 98% of people without power. Closest gas station that could pump was a hour away from us. The guys had to make a trip each day for gas. They finally have some gas stations open where power has been restored. When they opened long lines up to 2-3 hour wait. Some opened on generator power. So if you know a bad storm is forecast get gas. If you know a area has been hit by a storm you might want to go around. We learned we need to keep more gas in vehicles. Sent from my Motorola Electrify using Tapatalk 2

To catch everyone up. Left Sheetz Feb 2011 Started with Subway April 2011 Gall Bladder Surgery April 2011 then back to work. Fell at work June 1, 2011 hurt back. Dr put off work totally for 2 months. Light duty work now forever thanks to fall. Didnt get to ride the bike at all last year. Worked part time doing Court house research from Aug-Dec 2011. Just went to work part time for Froggys Company last week. Looks like this could grow to a full time position. Now waiting for summer, plan on getting that bike ride. :-) Two beach trips already planned. Hoping maybe a weekend trip to the beach with a friend in the middle. LIFE IS GOOD. One door may close but one will always open too. Hoping to make a meet n eat or may be Asheville 2012. Got to get some time in with my Venturerider FAMILY.
