  1. Pin outs shown in attached picture of where traces go to on board for connectors pins. You probably don't need this since you cut box open. Handy to have where pin ended up in case a trace was damaged when soldering pins. Picture of board shows replaced diodes. They don't have to be right against board. It is easier to leave them higher up, then a heat sink, like an alligator clip can be attached to longer leg. Gary
  2. Attached are some pictures of one I cut open. Very center of board, there is a component I cut with band saw. Also a picture of section I cut out. This is a very bad one inside. It wasn't working. Gary

  11. The clown shifter has met a very early demise on Sylvester (aka Hybrid). When I put the floorboards on frame, I thought there has to be a better option. I got a new stock 1st gen shifter today from ebay for an extremely good price. It can be changed in 10 minutes. Bushing size is the same, adjustment screw assembly attaches with no changes needed. 3 sets of pictures, one set of 2nd gen shifter, one set of 1st gen shifter and one set with them somewhat side by side. Gary

  17. That I do not know, mufflers were a blind stab at what might work, rest is no chance. Didn't get the stock exhaust when I got my RSV Hybrid parts collection. Gary
  18. They are completely different pipes, 1st gen to 2nd gen. Not a chance of making anything work other than mufflers, maybe. Gary

  21. I think I end up using McMaster p/n 6659K13 in stator housing. Stock setup is with 2 short sleeve bearings pressed in from each side though. I went with one longer bearing pressed in from outside. These are 15mm OD x 12mm ID x 20mm long. Bearings are about $1 apiece. The 15mm drill I got was McMaster p/n 3091A33, reduced shank so it would fit in a 1/2" drill chuck, $23. Stock bearings are 14mm OD, which I didn't find a replacement for. I also put same bearing as above in shift pedal on RSV Hybrid. It reduced play in assembly quite a bit. Screen capture of parts I ordered from McMaster attached, didn't use all of them. Gary
