The last one kills me.

I over seafoamed my bike a while back and didnt know I lost a cylinder. Until I noticed my milage was bad and I finaly checked em at startup. Changed the plugs and its back but still not 100%. Maybe 80/85% I have a stumble getting on it from 1 thru 3rd. Not the end of the world, but It just not the same as when she is running perfect. My milage is good again and once in a while it runs pretty near perfect.... So, to answer your question...lol They will go around town pretty well on 3 cyl. You gotta take the sides off and start her, then feel the pipes...quickly Or you'll get burnt. If you have one not getting hot. Thats the bad one.

Very nice. You do good work. The red does clash.... How about purple?

I suit up every time I go out into traffic. I have taken her up and down the street after working on it. I'm in a high traffic zone with lots of clueless nuts on the road. I dont trust em....at all.

I wear ATGATT, cause it makes sense to me. I do not feel as I'm missing anything by wearing my mesh Jacket and pants in the summer. Helmet, gloves and boots are just a must if your on a bike in IMHO. The other stuff is a option I guess. If I go out into the woods for a couple days I take a knife and a survival kit of some sort. Scuba, I wear the gear, Firing range, I wear the gear, welding I wear the gear. 800lb 2 wheeler...I wear the gear.

Thats what the cops think she was doing. However she said it was a contact lens malfunction. Just glad she didnt get hurt. Not a scratch. Only 17 so I'm glad she didnt get cut up etc. They live two doors down from where I just moved into. Her pop covered the van and more, so I'll get a nice upgrade. But why is it when you have to ride the bike it rains... Got poured on like 3X in the last week, once at night. Bike loves the rain, not me so much.

I'm Back! Put in a wireless card and it works pretty good as far as I can tell. Got PP working with the new addy and I'm all paid up for another year. I should be able to wright my membership fee, off with the IRS. As this site is more of a important tool then a website.

Just in case you dont hear from me for a couple days, and think I crashed...lol My internet may be down for a bit. Depends on how easy I can run the cat5 cable. Can't do it sloppy, like I usually do. I'd rather not go wireless, cause I play some games and dont trust wireless to be as good as the hardwire, for shooting the badguys. Had the collector welded where it goes into the muffler, on the scoot. Was pretty nasty, but he fabed some stuff and its better than ever now. At least since I've had it. I may get another year or so out of this one. Looks like the other side will need addressed, end of season or next spring. To get under the bike, we just tipped her over. No prblems at all, I put down some furniture blankets to rest her on. PS: Moving it hard:crying:

The BELL STAR was $209.00 to my door from Motorcycle closeouts. Its a $550.00 lid. And gets a 5 star rating. I have a review in the gear section. Very happy with this purchase.

Yo, I'm from Philly. We all worship Kate, from when she sang "God bless America" at the Flyer games. Thanks for the link. I watched some other vids of her too. She could really sing it out.

I got waved at and then dissed by the same three HDs when we passed em again later in the day. My buddy got waves from all the HDs, Some actualy tryed to pull in the wave when they saw my bike...lol Too funny. Good, kinda short, shake down ride, 4 hours. Bikes ran great. I still need a carbtune. I like my new brakes......lol I have much more control of the 800lb beast. Twisties feel more in conrol etc. Watch out for the GRAVEL that will be on the road for awhile. Its sneaky....... even when not moving. PS:I was not trying to look grumpy......or like a badass. I was very happy and I'm a nice guy...really

Brake problems one more time :)

Did my brake pads a month or so ago. But it was not getting a nice hard feel to the pedal until I went out there yesterday for a try. The last couple times I bled the system. I had no luck. yesterday after 15 mins and alot of pumping the pedal. I got nice brakes again. And she is rolling nice too. I had to tear the caliper apart twice and bleed it like 3 time before I got it right. But,its all good now. More stopping power then ever before. -
50cc HD. Wish I still had it. I bet it got 75mpg:173:

Don't try it with anything less than boots on. I hurt my foot pushing on the horn in my reg shoes. When I was working on it one day. Mines the same colors as yours too. I have a couple plastic problems with mine. But, they don't effect anything , i mean it is 20 years old and all. -
LOL good for him. I know chows are no joke when they go off. And they will bite you hard...LOL!

Welcome, I know the feeling. Got my 88 a year and a half ago. Be safe and enjoy. These bikes are great! As are the people of this site. Its all here. -
All the time, full face helmet. ATGATT in fact. It just feels right, I highsided back in the day. The gear did its job well then. So I'm convinced its a plus. The FF helmet is the bomb IMHO. I feel like a jet pilot...lol:thumbsup2:

Glad you came out alright. Never know these days whats gonna go down. Two weeks ago I stopped a thug from beating a women is the street. After a near accident I guess. As I was rolling up on them, stopped in the middle of a major road in front of a McDonald's. I saw what looked like 4 men pushing and shoving each other. Then I see this big young black guy with a hoodie on. Drop the one guy with a nasty right cross. It was a women...she went down like she was shot. Now I'm right up on it and can see hes beating this women up bad. Dragging her by the hair etc. The other black guy was menacing the guy that was with her. I jumped out of the truck. Put the guy is a rear naked choke and squeez...couldnt lock it in right, cause he was so tall and my coat was real thick. He still stopped whooping her ass, and started to react to his new buddy on his back,,,lol I felt him panic and try to muscle out of my hold. I let him go, to see what he was gonna do. now that she was up and away from him. He turned looked at me..and swung at the guy next to me, and missed. The white couple jumped in their car and left...sigh. I was yelling at all the cars around us to block them in. No one would, as I moved to my van to block them, they got in there ride a chirped out of there. 30 secs later the cops show. while telling story giving description the officer says, "we just pulled them over" I can only hope. These guys were bad dudes. Halfway thru it I was like, This guy might have a gun. But, I allway told myself if I saw a women in trouble like that. That I was not gonna stand bye and watch. Which, bye the way was what 20-30 other people were doing from about 20 feet away at the McDs'. The manager did offer to buy me lunch. It also made me feel like I made a difference, in a good way to the world, that one day. I did have my bouvier with me, but if he attacks anyone...badguy,goodguy etc. That person is going to the hospital, Is badly injured, and is gonna sue the crap outta me...lol Not funny I guess. But its nice to know hes got my back if I need him.

Want to feel my pain? Try my snow cam. Wheather man says "It's just getting started". Sigh.... I did get out last thursday and seafoamed her and then topprf off the tank. I love that SF, After I had been out a hour or so the bike was running better then when I left. I also think I found a shell station that has the no ethanol gas at the pumps. I dont see and stickers on the pumps etc. I think in PA they have to have the stickers. You have to copy and paste this URL into the "open URL" box in Windows Media Player: http://24.127.168.52:1048 to see the cam. Sound is off now. But I may fix that If I get bored...er...... Cam was down for awhile, back up now. Computer I use for cam is acting up.

When I went to look at my bike the firstime. The clutch was not bled and the brakes were off too. Before I bought it, I bought a Mity-Vac tool like one of the guys suggested. It worked well, They were having trouble bleeding the clutch, I got it done in 15 mins with the tool. Then I used it on the brakes, again it came thru. Althou it is still hit and miss with the brakes on these bikes. My bike needs the rear system bled better right now. Since I did the brakes in Nov. The pedal ain't what she should be, I have tinkered with it once already and will have to do it again. Just waiting till it warms a little more. Good luck, It will work out the air sooner or later. If you keep at it. The system, when working correctly seems OK to good. I can set the bike up nicely with a little LIGHT trail braking. And the front link seems to settle the bike down, without getting too involved with your turning. I dont race around alot on my bike. Guys that do push it will delink the brakes and replace the calipers with a better bolt on yammy R6 calipers I think. See "Sky Doc" for details.....

Its something with the videocard, I think. Make sure everything is plugged in tight. It could also be bad or dirty and over heating. Good luck. I have video cards if you just need a basic card.
