Had one back in the day. Its was a bear in 4WD Low, and I loved that boxster. The problem is rust in most cases. Mine rotted out from under me. Spent money on a exhaust and it had a new clutch a nd timing belts,,I had to junk it. The mech would not pass it any longer. I bet she made one hell of a yard wagon:bang head:

My 88 does not have the CB or air, but does have the radio and cass. No Royal badges. Oh, it has cruise control too.

I got out yesterday for a couple hours. Bike ran great, only a couple tiny things to do before springtime. I have been able to get it out on the road at least once a month so far.Last winter I put 3000 miles on her. Cause it was a new toy.

So glad it was not worse than that. I too did a u turn on a steep incline right up the street from me. Halfway thru, with left side looking downhill...I missed first and she went into nuetral.....rut row. I credit my long bicycle history and god given good balance, that I drove her thru the turn. I knew if I tryed to stop etc. I would probably go down. Was a tricky move to save her. All done by instinct really. No gravel or wife for me thou. If I was thinking. I would have her dismount. Then do it. Those elbow things hurt. Hope she is thru that part of it.

Bart, My bouvier has one cat buddy that he wont chase and try and eat him..lol The other cats sit on the neighbors porch and marvel as the one cat walks right up to Bart and lays down etc. He even will turn his back on the dog witch a cat wont do unless he knows he's safe. That has to take some cahonies, cause Bart is capable of "bad things man"

My oldest rigs motherboard failed, and I'm not gonna replace it. So, I have a nice 1.26S/P3 CPU and 512mb of Kingmax PC150. The KM is PC133 RAM that will do 150fsb. Both parts were the bomb back in the day. I also have a Ti4400 vid card,a sound card and a NIC or two laying around. Plus I have some other stuff too...a case, another vid card. more SDRAM. You want it? Just pay for shipping. This stuff would build a badass garage computer. If you have a socket 370 MB that suports the Tutalian P3 CPUs'

In my job I have had to move heavy some heavy stuff. The rolls of carpet, the furniture. And back in the day I would collect scrap metal on days I was not working. You learn to get out of the way of anything that weighs over 200lb or so. The energy thats stored in these bikes is huge. Unless you can bench about 400lb just let it go down. And don't get in it's way...lol:missingtooth: PS: Sorry about your bike and randya ribs too. Not "lol"in at you,buddy. My bike has bruised me up, too.

I have been drinking NA for about 10 years now. The best cheap stuff I found I liked is Busch NA. It gets bad reviews everywhere...lol But its not bad, all the domestic stuff is passable if it's really cold, nowadays. But, the imported ones are more beer tasting. I like Clausthaler Golden Amber and Buckler is good too. Guinness makes one thats good also. The NA works for me....the real stuff, not so much...lol

All year round the eagles are there. But from nov to march its really busy. Ben Franklin didnt like the eagle, and wanted the turkey as the American national bird. I cant see it. Those eagles do something to me when I see em. The power, the soaring, and have you ever seen the claws up close. Man thats some equipment they got there. I will ride to see them just about any weekend thats ride_able. Thats what a guy told me at the Conawingo dam. While I was watching the eagles fly around at the lower parking lot. So...I had to go. I heard it was a kool bar setup for MC riders. Outside bar,horse shoes, bands etc. No problems from the locals. Not even dirty looks. The big chat on the lot was the goldwing and its airbags. Heard a HD guy say he would have one if he rode more or further...lol I liked the place, back in the day I could of had some big fun there.. The chopper almost backed into me when he was pulling out. If I had not yelled at him.[i was standing right next to the bike] He would have scartched his custom paint job..No doubt. Just me and the wing and a new triumph besides the HDs'

I can tell you that "SuperAntiSpyware" works on this type of hijacker. You will have to get the computer into "safemode" Put SAS on a thumbdrive or disk and install it in safemode. Then run it from there, follow directions etc. Your restore files are probably trashed by the Trojan and its recommended you turn off system restore while your trying to remove the spyware. So...Safemode>turn off system restore>Install SAS and run a complete scan>keep fingers crossed> I bought the app for 20 bucks after it got rid of one just like the one you have. And it runs in the background also, for some realtime protection. I use it and Malewarebyte, which is another scanner that works well and picks up stuff SAS has missed. Its free to use the basic also. I also have Spybots "teatime" going, blocking bad sites. And their "Immunize" function is nice too. Those three keep my system free of bad stuff...Once or twice a year some new crap trys to get me but with these tools I can stop 99% Oh, and "CrapCleaner" get this to clean up temp files and manage cookies and it does a couple other things too. Having CC installed helps if you get a nasty, you can run it in safemode and have it scan the registry for 'Issues" It can remove some of the spywares tools before you try and get rid of it with SAS or Malewarebyte etc. Good luck.

Lots of interest in the little shop nowadays. I'm planing on a trip there also. How about a spring tuneup day at the shop? Around April_10? I too need the fuse box upgrade, I want to put in a new clutch slave unit, greese the drive train,carbtune. Most stuff I should have done by springtime. But I think I will let a expert do the carbtune. So far I have replaced the brake pads. After have some brain farts I figured it out. Got stuck there for a bit. Was gonna send caliper to Earl, but I went back at it and got 'r done.....

I'm not saying it wasn't real beer. But. I drink NA beer only, and have seen "O'Douhls" in kegs before. So maybe they were not gettting anymore drunk, than when they left the bar....lol Probably, not.... Back in the day, I would of had fun on a ride like that. If nobody got hurt etc.

OK, I thought I had a seagate in here. And it is...but its branded as a Maxtor. Seagate bought them out awhile back. It came with "Maxblast" says powered by Acronis in the software. Im guessing Seagate uses the same software. It's nice and easy. The one WD uses works well too. They all do.

I would get a 1TB "Seagate" hard drive. Thats 1000gigs of space. Cost is about 100 bucks. It will come with Acronis true image, app. This is a great program and walks you thru the transfer. Its easyer than it sounds. Also the external USB hard drive will work too. Just drag and drop, all you music, pics, vids etc to that, leave the OS and any games on the main HD. I would burn a disk with all your pix on it every 6 month or so, Incase something bad happens to your computer. Super important pix double backed up on thumb drive and disk. Just incase. Keep one off site.

Whatever..... For the sake of this site, I wont say another word...here. I'm not a PC type of guy and I wont stick my head in the sand. After 3000 of my people were killed and continuted attacks from those people that I wont mention......sigh.
