1926 hrs - my friends say it already is snowing in DC. It has started in our area as a very fine frozen stuff.....Winter is Still Here....

You are not too far from me. We may have similar amounts in terms of total snow accumulation.

Several businesses are starting to put out closing notification earlier this afternoon. My place of employment never close EXCEPT DURING a strong snow storm. This time, an announcement came out and all operations are suspended until Wednesday. Very surprised to say the least. Just chillin in front of my computer. Thanks.

Well, I am hunkered in right now. Snow Blower oil changed and full of gas. Generator is ready to go. Venture is resting until maybe Friday. SE corner of PA will get a significant amount of snow. If you are from the NE corridor, prepare now. Be Safe.

I've heard several bad deals happen via Craigslist. I've never done any postings or inquiry on that website. Scammers are all over. Be smart and be careful.

I also had just replaced by 3rd set of Rear Bridgestone for a new Shinko 777 HD. I liked the tire and I think it will hold up well on my Venture. Already put in 200 miles and I am happy with the feel of the ride. I shall update you guys as to how the tire performs in the long term.

ok - it is March 02 and the temperature is about 40 degrees F. Windy and Partly Cloudy. I think I may have to take the bike to work today.

Dang it- Drive shaft not hooking after tire change

I've done mine awhile back and if I am not mistaken, there is a small hole on the left side and you have to use a coat hanger to gently lift it up while you slide in the shaft. An extra hand can save you lots of time. -
Footall season is over for now. At least I have March Madness and the NBA to keep me entertained. Need to ride as soon as the weather clears out.

I wiped the tank down and then rode for about 10 minutes. Came home and then plugged the battery to my trickle charger and said "Good Night.":cry:

Ahh. This reminds me to plug in the bike on trickle charge. Icy conditions tonight. Ugly weather for the next few days. What else is new? Winter weather is affecting my ride time.
