That is a great price! Kobalt tools are top notch and if I am not mistaken, Lowes has a lifetime warranty on their tools. I have a similar tool set just like that from Sears. They are a must have, if working on the RSV and SVTC.

Glad you did not go without your riding partner. lol It could have been a bonus ride to and from today and another ride next week. When it comes to remembering important dates like that, I always input them on my iPhone calendar. I love the iPhone calendar and it has saved me and reminded me several times over the years. Not that I've mentioned that, I just might upgrade my iPhone 13 to the upcoming new iPhone 17 by the end of the year. With your 'honey to do' list, you just made it happen. We all know this...A Happy Wife means A Happy Life.

Good morning to all riders out there. We've had 11 straight days with no rain and we can need some rain in our area. The good news...rain may be coming this afternoon and tonight for a change. Everybody have a great day.

@bpate4homeUp to this day, I am very appreciative of the weather app that we have today on our cellphone. No more guess work on weather and doppler radar is our best companion on every ride. Always ride safe.

Likewise on this end...planning to do some moderate riding around and take advantage of the nice weather all weekend long and up until Labor day. I wear a fitness band on my wrist all day and it keeps track of my activities including steps, workout activities and one of them is heart rate. I find it comforting to know that my heart rate drops all the way down to 50, when I ride and simply enjoy the wind. With that said, relax and enjoy the ride.

Good morning to all. Yesterday, I was able to complete my planned project on the RSV. Installed another Denali Sound Bomb horn on the RSV this time. It didn't take long for me to decide where to install the horn so I got to work right away. Just applied blue loctites on all bolts and made sure that I used nylon lock nuts to the horn mounts. It turned out great IMO and very satisfied. Today, we are having some very fine mist and cloudy. I guess thanks to Hurricane Erin that is just offshore off the east coast. On a day that I really want to go out may turn out to be a day of indoor activities and more computer and ham radio. The agenda is to hit the gym and do a little bit of riding, but that will have to wait for another day. Attached are some pics and a very short video for attention. IMG_1283.MP4

Good morning to all! Pretty cloudy here in SE Pa. I guess due to that offshore east coast weather disturbance. Spotty showers but will not account for anything. Spent a few hours wiring the Denali SoundBomb horn on the RSV and will finalize the install early this afternoon. Tested the horn last night and it works! Have to stop by the local Home Depot to get a longer 5/16 bolt to properly secure the horn mount. Blue Loctite only. Hope you guys have a great day and ride safe. God Bless to all.
